5) 전도시 유의해야 할 점 - 4

절대 사람을 고르지 말라 이거예요. 거지라도 어떤 사람이라도, 잘나고 못난 것이 문제가 아니예요. 도리어 잘난 사람보다 못난 사람이 심정적으로 낫다구요.

일생에 이 세상에서 대함을 받던 부모의 정 이상의 마음을 나를 통해 받을 수 있고 느낄 수 있는 일이 벌어질 때는 밤잠을 못 자고 찾아오는 거예요. 밥을 못 먹고 아침에 일찍 찾아오는 것입니다. 그런가 안 그런가 해보라구요. '나는 실력이 없어서 전도를 못 해' 그런 건 전부 다 말이 안 된다 이거예요. 말이 안 돼요. (1969. 5. 12) 

여러분들이 전도하는 데에 있어서 사람을 골라 가지고 전도하지 말라는 것입니다. 알겠어요? 「예.」 선생님은 천성이 그래서도 그랬겠지만, 겨울에 떨고 지나가는 거지를 보고 들어와서는 밥을 못 먹고 잠을 못 잤습니다. 그런 성격이 있어요. 엄마 아빠한테 그 거지를 안방에 데려다가 잘 먹여 보내자고…. 그런 바탕이 하늘이 사랑할 수 있는 바탕이 아니겠느냐? 

그렇기 때문에 여러분이 전도하는 데에 있어서 가려서 하지 말라는 것입니다. 알겠어요? 「예.」 저 사람이 왜 나한테 보내졌나? 나한테 올 때는 반드시 무슨 목적이 있어서 왔지 않느냐?

그 목적을 백 퍼센트 충족시켜 주어야 하는 것입니다. 그것을 못 해 주었거든 당신의 사정을 못 들어 주었다고 회개의 눈물을 흘려 가지고 다시 올 수 있는 기회라도 만들어 보내겠다고 다짐하는 것이 교역자의 책임이라는 것을 여러분이 알아야 됩니다. (56-35)

絶対、人を選ぶなというのです。こじきでも、どんな人でも、できがいい、悪いが問題ではありません。むしろ、できのいい人より劣った人のほうが、心情的にはいいというのです。

真実なる一生に、この世間で対されてきた父母の情以上の心を、私を通じて受けられ感じられることが起こる時には、夜も寝れずに訪ねてくるのです。御飯を食べられず、朝早く訪ねてくるのです。

そうか、そうでないか、やってみなさいということです。「私は実力がなくて伝道できない」そういうことは全部、話にならないというのです。話になりません。（一九六九・五・一二）

皆さんが、伝道するにあたって、人を選ぶなというのです。分かりますか？ （はい）。人は、天性がそうでしょうが、冬に通り過ぎていくこじきを見て帰ってきても、御飯を食べられず、夜は寝られませんでした。

そういう性格があります。お母さん、お父さんに、そのこじきを部屋に連れてきて、よく食べさせてあげて、送ろうと。そういう性質は天が愛する性質ではないのですか。

ですから、皆さんが伝道する際に、選んでするなというのです。分かりますか？ （はい）。なぜあの人を、私に送ってくれたのか？　自分に来る時は、何か目的があって来なかっただろうか？　

その目的を一〇〇パーセント充足させてあげなければならないのです。それをなせなければ、あなたの事情を聞いてあげられなかったと、悔いの涙を流して、再び来れる機会でもつくってあげようと決心するのが、教役者の責任だということを、皆さんは知らなければなりません。（五六―三五）

You should not make wrong choices when selecting people. For a beggar or any type of person, the problem is not being incapable. Rather, those who are inadequate have better faith than those who are very capable do.

People will be unable to go to sleep before coming to you, if they really can feel through you the loving heart that they have never experienced, even from their own parents.

They will come early in the morning even without eating their breakfast. Try and see if it is true or not. You cannot come up with the excuse that you cannot make it in witnessing because you are not so capable. That does not make any sense. [1969.5.12]

When you witness, do not pick and chose. Do you understand? [Yes] My original character has always been that when I see a passing beggar shivering in the cold winter, after I come home, I could not eat or sleep.

This is my character. I even asked my parents to bring the beggar inside the bedroom to give him something to eat, and then send him off . . . Don't you think that this is the basis for God to love?

Accordingly, you should not be selective when witnessing. Do you understand? [Yes] You should be asking, "Why was this person sent to me? Wasn't there a purpose when he was sent to me?" You must help accomplish that purpose 100%.

If you could not achieve that, then you should realize that it is the responsibility of the regional leader to shed tears of repentance that there was a personal reason why you could not fulfill it, and make a firm determination to make another opportunity for that person to come back. [56-35]
