• Serve as first level of technical interface in responding to request from customers
• Directly and indirectly support customers on escalated technical issues
• Escalate customer technical issues to engineering teams as needed and coordinate between factory and field teams.
• Work with sales to understand customer requirement specification.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
• Develop and deliver technical training to customers
• Provide advice and technical support to sales and marketing staff
• Work with R&D to create market requirements specification (MRS) for new and updated product based on market research
• Provide market inputs to product managers (Competition technology watch as well as inputs collected from customers)
• Identify gaps in product/process and make proactive suggestions for improvement
