Our body is same as net.
The Ki (bioenergy) flows through the perforations in proportion
to the size. The purified ki( Its energy level is high) is always
necessary to keep the life and waste Ki(Its energy level is low)
should be gone out through the perforation immediately.
This process for our sight is simplified in the lung as breath.
All diseases can be interpretated as a block during this process.
Among them, if the waste Ki is congested and it produce some
visible appearance of lump, we call it a kind of tumor.
The cancer in the lung is than kind of tumor from the congestion
of Ki between the capillary vessels and air.
So the prevention shall be a breakthrough this process.
The treatment shall be to allow the waste Ki to out into air and
to improve Natural Killer Cell(NK Cell) to work its normal function.
The lump cancerized can be removed by surgical operation but
it will reappear because the operation is not the way to normalize
Ki flow.
On the other hand the herbal prescription will improve the NK cell
and allow the waste Ki to out. In addition this information I introduce
Ki exercise descented from ancient saints of Sun Cultural Group(仙家)
in east asia as follows. This is very simple as everybody can do it
at anytime and anywhere. Please practice it every day.
1. You go out in fresh air.
2. It will be more effective at fixed hour but also good at any time.
3. Your position is toward wide sight and is a shoulder width of feet.
4. Upward and widen your hand toward sky with inhaling.
5. Pill up your body( attention : not lung nut body ) with fresh air.
(If the air is vertually a little poluted, you should think the air
you inhale must be the most fresh.)
6. If the air pilled up to your head and fingernail, you immediately
exhale the air at once to the bottom of you foot nail. There
should be no remnants in your body. You should feel your body
vacant without even a teaspoon full of air.
At the same time you bent your back and downward your hands
with a short scream sounding like "KAK ~" - a sound that is
steaming out at once opening.
7. If one movement is good, you can feel sweaty on your back.
8. Repeat this movement three times per one practice.
One or Two practice a day is recommendable.
Though this movement is so simple, it will prevent your cancers
on lung and help to treat lung diseases.
