마태복음23장 말씀입니다.

[사랑하는 나의 가족]

하나님의 사람들이 영적으로 회복되기 위해서는 올바른 성경말씀을 읽어야 하기에 신약 성경말씀을 올립니다.

물론 이 성경 말씀들도 아직은 부족하지만 부족한대로 하나님의 성령께서 자신이 말씀하신 말씀들을 올바르게

이해시켜주시기를 성령님께 간구 드립니다. 이 말씀들을 읽으시는 동안 성령께서 인도해주시기를 바랍니다.

1. 그때에 예수님께서 무리와 자기 제자들에게 말씀하여

Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

2. 이르시되, 서기관들과 바리새인들이 모세의 자리에 앉아 있으니

Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses seat:

3. 그러므로 무엇이든지 그들이 너희에게 지키라고 명하는 것은 너희가 다 지키고 행하되 그들의 행위대로 하지는

    말라. 그들은 말만 하고 행하지는 아니하며

All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, [that] observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

4. 또 무겁고 지기에 힘든 짐들을 묶어 사람들의 어깨에 지우되 자기들은 손가락 하나로도 그 짐들을 옮기려 하지

    아니하느니라.

For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay [them] on mens shoulders; but they [themselves] will not move them with one of their fingers.

5. 도리어 그들은 사람들에게 보이기 위해 자기들의 모든 행위를 하나니 곧 그들은 성구함의 폭을 넓게 하며 자기들의

    옷단을 큼직하게 하고

But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, 

6. 잔치의 맨 윗자리와 회당의 으뜸가는 자리와

And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,

7. 시장에서 인사 받는 것과 사람들로부터, 랍비여, 랍비여, 하고 불리는 것을 좋아하느니라.

And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

8. 그러나 너희는 랍비라 불리지 말라. 너희 선생은 한 분 곧 그리스도이니라. 너희는 다 형제니라.

But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, [even] Christ; and all ye are brethren.

9. 땅에 있는 자를 너희 아버지라 부르지 말라. 너희 [아버지]는 한 분 곧 하늘에 계신 분이시니라.

And call no [man] your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

10. 또한 너희는 지도자라 불리지 말라. 너희 지도자는 한 분 곧 그리스도이니라.

Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, [even] Christ.

11. 오직 너희 중에 가장 큰 자는 너희 종이 될지니라.

But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

12. 누구든지 자기를 높이는 자는 낮아지고 자기를 낮추는 자는 높아지리라.

And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

13. 그러나 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 사람들에게 하늘의 왕국을 닫고

      너희도 들어가지 아니하며 안으로 들어가려 하는 자들도 허락하지 아니하는도다.

But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in [yourselves], neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

14. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 과부들의 집을 삼키고 겉치레로 길게

      기도하나니 그런즉 너희가 더 큰 정죄를 받으리라.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

15. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 개종자 하나를 만들기 위해 바다와 육지를

      두루 다니다가 만들면 너희보다 두 배나 더 지옥 자식이 되게 하는도다.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

16. 너희 눈먼 안내자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 이르되, 누구든지 성전을 두고 맹세하면 그것은

      아무것도 아니거니와 누구든지 성전의 금을 두고 맹세하면 그는 빚진 자라! 하는도다.

Woe unto you, [ye] blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!

17. 너희 어리석고 눈먼 자들아, 어느 것이 더 크냐, 금이냐 금을 거룩히 구별하는 성전이냐?

[Ye] fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?

18. 또 누구든지 제단을 두고 맹세하면 그것은 아무것도 아니거니와 누구든지 그 위에 있는 예물을 두고 맹세하면

      그는 책임이 있다, 하는도다.

And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty. 

19. 너희 어리석고 눈먼 자들아, 어느 것이 더 크냐, 예물이냐 예물을 거룩히 구별하는 제단이냐?

[Ye] fools and blind: for whether [is] greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?

20. 그런즉 누구든지 제단을 두고 맹세하는 자는 제단과 그 위에 있는 모든 것을 두고 맹세하며

Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.

21. 또 누구든지 성전을 두고 맹세하는 자는 성전과 그 안에 거하시는 분을 두고 맹세하고

And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.

22. 또 하늘을 두고 맹세하는 자는 [하나님]의 왕좌와 그 위에 앉으신 분을 두고 맹세하느니라.

And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.

23. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 박하와 회향과 근채의 십일조는 바치되

      율법의 더 중대한 문제인 공의와 긍휼과 믿음은 무시하였도다. 너희가 마땅히 이것들을 행하였어야 하거니와 다른

      것도 행하지 않은 채 내버려 두지 말아야 하느니라.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. 

24. 너희 눈먼 안내자들아, 너희가 모기에는 긴장하고 낙타는 삼키는도다.

[Ye] blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

25. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 잔과 대접의 겉은 깨끗이 하되 그 속은

      강탈과 과도함으로 가득하게 하는도다.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.

26. 너 눈먼 바리새인아, 먼저 잔과 대접의 속에 있는 것을 깨끗하게 하라. 그리하면 그것들의 겉도 깨끗하게 되리라.

[Thou] blind Pharisee, cleanse first that [which is] within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

27. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희는 마치 회칠한 돌무덤 같도다.

      그것은 겉으로는 참으로 아름답게 보이나 속에는 죽은 사람의 뼈와 모든 부정한 것으로 가득하도다.

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [mens] bones, and of all uncleanness.

28. 이와 같이 너희도 겉으로는 사람들에게 의롭게 보이나 속에는 위선과 불법으로 가득하도다.

Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

29. 서기관들과 바리새인들, 위선자들아, 너희에게 화가 있을지어다! 너희가 대언자들의 묘를 만들고 의로운 자들의

      돌무덤을 수리하며

Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,

30. 이르되, 우리가 만일 우리 조상들 시대에 있었더라면 그들이 대언자들의 피를 흘리는 데 참여하지 아니하였으리라,

      하나니

And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

31. 그러므로 너희가 대언자들을 죽인 자들의 자손임을 너희가 너희 자신에게 증언하는도다.

Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

32. 그런즉 너희가 너희 조상들의 분량을 채우라.

Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

33. 뱀들아, 독사들의 세대야, 어찌 너희가 지옥의 정죄를 피하겠느냐?

[Ye] serpents, [ye] generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

34. 그러므로, 보라, 내가 너희에게 대언자들과 지혜자들과 서기관들을 보내리니 너희가 그들 중의 더러는 죽이거나

   십자가에 못 박으며 그들 중의 더러는 너희 회당들에서 채찍질하고 이 도시에서 저 도시로 다니며 그들을 핍박하리라.

Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and [some] of them ye shall kill and crucify; and [some] of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute [them] from city to city:

35. 그리하여 의로운 아벨의 피로부터 성전과 제단 사이에서 너희가 죽인 바라갸의 아들 사가랴의 피까지 땅 위에서

      흘린 의로운 피가 다 너희에게 돌아가리라.

That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

36. 진실로 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 이 모든 것이 이 세대에게 돌아가리라.

Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

37. 오 예루살렘아, 예루살렘아, 대언자들을 죽이고 네게 보낸 자들을 돌로 치는 자여, 암탉이 자기 병아리들을 자기

      날개 아래 모음같이 내가 얼마나 자주 네 자녀들을 함께 모으려 하였더냐! 그러나 너희가 원치 아니하였도다.

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, [thou] that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under [her] wings, and ye would not!

38. 보라, 너희 집이 버림받아 너희에게 황폐하게 되었느니라.

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

39. 내가 너희에게 이르노니, 너희가 말하기를, 찬송하리로다. [주]의 이름으로 오시는 이여, 할 때까지 이제부터

       너희가 나를 보지 못하리라, 하시니라.

For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed [is] he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
