慢天(만천)은 하늘이 마치 거울처럼 모든 것을 빠짐없이 비추어 보고 있음을 알지 못하는것이다.

  "Despising Heaven" means failing to realize that Heaven reflects and watches over

    everything without exception, just like a mirror.

착함을 행하여 이루는 것도 역시 하늘의 힘이며,

  To do good and achieve success is by the power of Heaven;

악함을 행하여 이루지 못하는 것도 역시 하늘의 힘이며,

  To do evil and fail to achieve success is also by the power of Heaven;

위태로운 일을 감행하여 요행히 들어 맞는 것도 역시 하늘의 힘이다.

  To venture into dangerous matters and luckily succeed is likewise by the power of Heaven. 

어리석은 사람도 착함을 행하면 하늘의 힘으로 성취하며,

  Even a foolish person, If they practice goodness, will acchieve success through the power of Heaven;  

지혜로운 사람도 악함을 행하면 하늘이 이루지 못하게 하며,

  Even a wise person, if they practice evil, heaven will prevent them from succeeding;

교묘한 꾀를 지닌 자가 위태로운 일을 감행한다면 하늘이 어지럽게 시험하여 그 교묘한 꾀를 거두어 버리는 것이다.

  If a person with cunning tricks ventures into dangerous matters,

  Heaven will confuse and test them, ultimately stripping away their clever schemes.

慢天者는 不知有天之鑑也라 (만천자는 부지유천지감야라)

  Those who despise Heaven do not know that there is a watchful mirror of Heaven.

行善而成도 亦天力也요 (행선이성도 역천력야요)

  To practice goodness and achieve success is also by the power of Heaven;

行惡而敗도 亦天力也며 (행악이패도 역천력야며)

  To practice evil and suffer defeat is also by the power of Heaven;

行險而中도 亦天力也라(행험이중도 역천력야라)

  To venture into danger and happen to succeed is likewise by the power of Heaven. 

濛者라도 行善이면 天力成之며 (몽자라도 행선이면 천력성지며)

  Even an ignorant person, if they practice goodness,

  the power of Heaven will bring them to success;

智者라도 行惡이면 天力敗之하고 (지자라도 행악이면 천력패지하고)

  Even a wise person, if they practice evil, the power of Heaven will cause them to fail;

巧者라도 行險이면 天이 縱試而力收之니라.  (교자라도 행험이면  천이 종시이역수지니라.)

  Even a cunning person, if they venture into danger,

  Heaven will allow them to be tested and then forcefully take away their gains.

※ Key Phrasal Notes.

      ● 天之鑑(천지감) : '하늘의 거울' 또는 '하늘의 살핌'을 뜻하므로 "a watchful mirror of Heaven"

                                    으로 표현해 하늘이 모든 것을 지켜보고 비춘다는 의미를 살렸습니다.

      ● 濛者(몽자) : 어리석거나 무지한 사람을 뜻하며 "an ignorant person" 또는 "afoolish person"

                             으로 번역했습니다. 

      ● 縱試而力收之(종수이력수지) : '내버려 두어 시험한 뒤 힘으로 거두어들인다'는 의미를 살려

                       "allow them to be tested and then forcefully take away"로 매끄럽게 다듬었습니다.
