🎃할로윈 또는 핼러윈(Halloween, Hallowe'en 또는 All Saints' Eve)은 영미권의 전통 행사이다. 만성절 전 날인 31일에는 죽은 영혼들이 되살아나며 정령이나 마녀 등이 출몰한다고 믿어, 귀신들에게 육신을 뺏기지 않기 위해 사람들은 유령이나 흡혈귀, 해골, 마녀, 괴물 등의 복장을 입고 돌아다닌다. 최근에는 대한민국의 이태원, 일본의 시부야, 도톤보리 거리와 클럽에서 모든 성인의 날 앞 주말에 주요 거리를 중심으로 젊은이들이 코스프레를 하고 모이는 현상이 늘어나고 있다. 원래 성인(saint)을 뜻하는 영어 단어 hallow에 day를 붙여서 모든 성인의 날 즉, 만성절을 Hallow's Day라고 했는데, 만성절 전야인 All Hallows' Eve, All Saints' Eve를 나중에 'Halloween'이라고 부르게 되었다. 핼러윈은 10월 31일에 사탕을 주고받거나 유령, 귀신 분장을 하는 날이다. 미국과 영국에서 처음 시작되었다.
