The Way Of The Spiritual Leader - 232 Chapter 4. The Progress of Church and Witnessing Section 2 - Witnessing 3. The Key Methods of Witnessing 7) Witnessing to Christian Churches - 2
When you are about to evangelize, there may be a person who was dragged along yesterday and the day before, saying, "Pastor, how have you been?", but when he hears the words of the Unification Church's Principle and thinks, "This pastor doesn't understand anything," he visits an established church and asks, "Pastor, do you know how the Fall occurred?
You don't even know that, are you a pastor?" Is that killing people or saving them? (Laughter) Is that love? They are only playing the role of capturing and killing people. Even if that were not the case, they would hate you so much, and yet they behave arrogantly and vulgarly, so how much more hateful they are. By acting in this way, they are earning hatred. (34-271)
There are two reasons why they approach us. One is that our church has emerged as a problematic denomination, and they want to investigate. The other is that our importance seems to be gradually increasing, and they want to be a part of it.
So we need to grow quickly. If we get big, they will be afraid. However, if they think that we are superior to them, they will come even if we tell them not to. They will come to us to see the benefits in their lives.
As much as possible, visit pastors and believers of established churches rather than ordinary people and evangelize to them. Even if you are criticized, you must visit pastors and evangelize to them. Visit them in the morning, visit them in the evening, and visit them frequently, and give and receive various things in a human manner. Even if they oppose you at first, they will later try to find out about our church. At that time, if you explain the theory of the Second Coming well, they will come.
But if they continue to oppose you, you must repeatedly pursue them, saying, "I will lecture at your platform, and you will lecture at my platform, and we will see whether you are right or I am right." If you do this, they will not be able to say, "Don't come." They will not oppose you as they did in the past, so give it a try.
When this happens, pastors will become worried, and who will stick around for these worried pastors? When that happens, just go and visit them and say, "Pastor, deacon, I know all about your worries." When asked who told them, you will say, "I just know them all." When this happens, those people will be beaten again and again. This is the most terrifying strategy.
Satan follows those who believe. Therefore, we must evangelize to them day and night, working harder than Satan does. (42-173) |
