Believing Alone... Case No. 187 信獨(신독)은 남이 알지 못한다고 여기는 것이다.   Sindok(信獨,신독) refers to assuming that others do not know[what  one is doing]. 혼자 스스로 속임수를 만들어 비록 아무도 아는 사람이 없다 하더라도  Even if a person createss a deception by themselves and absolutely no one else is aware of it, 靈(영)이 이미 마음에 알리고, 마음이 이미 하늘에 알리고,  The Spirit(靈,영) has already informed the Mind, and the Mind has already informed Heaven, 하늘이 이미 神(신)에게 명령하니 神(신)이 내려와 비치니 해와 달이 그 위에서 빛난다.  As Heaven has already commanded the Divinity / Deities( 神,신),  the Divinity descends and shines upon it, and the sun and the moon illuminate it from above.  [Original Text, 원문] 信獨者는 謂無人知覺也라 (신독자는 위무인지각야라)  'Sindok" means thinking that no one else is aware of or perceives your actions. 獨自做欺하여 雖謂無知者는 靈已告心하고 (독자주기하여 수위무지자는 영위고심하고)  Even if you deceive on your own and claims that nobody knows,  your inner Spirit has already notified your Mind. 心已告天하고 天以命神하니 (심이고천하고 천이명신하니)  The Mind has already informed Heaven, and Heaven has commanded the Divinty. 神已照臨하여 日月이 燭其上이니라. (신이조임하여 일월이 촉기상이니라.)  The Divinity has already descended to oversee and illuminate,   while the sun and the moon shine upon you from above.  [ Explanation, 풀이] 남을 속이는 사람은 남을 속이면서 그 사실을 혼자만 알고 있다고 생각하기 쉽다.  people who deceive others are prone to thinking that they are the only ones  who know about it while committing the deception. 그러나 시간이 가면 모든 사람이 다 그사실을 안다는 것을 혼자만 모르게 된다.  However, as time passes, they and up being the only ones who remain unaware   that everyone else has come to know the truth. 이 역시 混沌(혼돈,CHAOS)의 대표적인 모습이다.   This, too, is a representative example of Chaos(混沌,혼돈).  ※ Key Vocabulary.    ● 信獨(신독 - Believing Alone) :    ● Deception(속임수) : 혼자만의 비밀이나 숨겨진 부정직한 행위를 의미합니다.    ● Heaven(하늘) : 동양 철학이나 종교의 우주의 절대적인 섭리나 하늘(天,천)을 뜻합니다.    ●Divinity / Deities(神,신) : 신적인 존재나 영적인 감시자를 뜻합니다.    ● Prone to thinking(생각하기 쉽다) : 어떤 경향이나 착각에 빠지기 쉽다는 뉘앙스를 줍니다.    ● Commit a deception / deceive others(남을 속이다) : 거짓말이나 기만행위를 하는 것을 뜻합니다.    ● End up being the only one unaware(혼자만 모르게 된다) : 결국 자신만 상황을 파악하지 못하는                                                                                                       고립된 상태가 됨을 의미합니다.    ● Representative example of Chaos(혼돈의 대표적인 표현) : 이치가 꺼꾸로 되어 뒤죽박죽이 된 상태나                                                                                                       어리석음의 전형적인 모습을 비유합니다.
