Looking for one roommate for a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment located at Triumvera in Glenview.

The entire apartment was remodeled a few years ago, so it is very clean and feels like a new apartment. I’m looking for someone in a similar life stage, preferably in their late 20s to 30s.

A minimum 6-month lease is preferred. Rent is around $900 per month, with utilities estimated at about $60 per month. The bathroom will be shared with one other resident.

Laundry is located on the same floor, and the complex also has a large swimming pool and other amenities.
