[의전-반대] Difference between conventional undergraduate system and newly adopted graduate school system?

I read the message posted below describing the difference payment for 치대 and 치전. I wonder even the students in the medical school go through the same kind of discrimination when trying to get a job at the local market. Personally, I have thought that there would be no difference once the test score is better, but the age can be the problem. But still I think that once equipped with a better skill, and if those skills could be proved by whaever methods (such as GPA, high rank at the natinal license and recommendation letters) there would be no problem with older age of those graduate school students. What do you think of it?
