『Playground In My Mind』는 1972년「Clint Holmes」가

싱글로 발표, 1973년 미국 빌 보드 Hot 100 차트에 진입하여

2위에 올라 23주간 차트에 머물렀던 곡으로,

국내에서도 '이용복'이 번안해 부른 "어린 시절"이라는 노래로 잘

알려졌죠.

「Clint Holmes」(1946년생 )는 미국의 싱어 송

라이터, 'Las Vegas' 엔터테이너, TV 아나운서로 활약

했던 인물로서 대학에서 성악을 공부했고, 베트남 전쟁

중이던 1967년 입대, 미 육군 합창단에서 복무 했으며,

제대 후 '워싱턴 DC'에 정착, 나이트 클럽에서 노래를

하면서 음악 경력을 쌓았습니다.

『Playground in My Mind』는 동요 스타일의 듀엣 곡

으로 이 곡을 쓴 'Paul Vance'의 일곱 살 아들 'Phillip'이

피쳐링 (featuring) 했습니다.
