The Avatamsaka Sutra, Ascent to the Peak of Mount Sumeru (승수미산정품 10)

[眞如華]

     10.

       九. 宮殿廣博

     爾時      世尊      入妙勝殿      結跏趺坐      此殿      忽然廣博寬容      如其天衆      諸所住處      十方世界      悉亦如是

     그때에 세존께서 묘승전에 들어가시어 가부좌를 맺고 앉으시니, 이 궁전이 홀연히 넓어져서 그 하늘 대중들이 모두 머무는 곳과 같았으며, 시방세계에서도 다 또한 이와 같았습니다.

Then the World Honored One entered the Hall of Surpassing Wonder and sat crosslegged; this hall suddenly became vastly spacious, like the dwelling places of all the celestial hosts. The same thing happened in all worlds in the ten directions.

Then the World Honored One; 그때에 세존께서

entered the Hall of Surpassing Wonder

; 묘승전에 들어가시어

sat crosslegged; 가부좌를 맺고 앉으시니

this hall suddenly became vastly spacious

; 이 궁전이 홀연히 넓어져서

like the dwelling places; 머무는 곳과 같았으며

of all the celestial hosts; 그 하늘 대중들이 모두

The same thing happened; 또한 이와 같았습니다

in all worlds in the ten directions

; 시방세계에서도 다
