All about Spinal Stenosis

Spinal stenosis is retrogressive, which means that there is no proper treatment ways in
the western medicine because it is a sign of old. Sometimes a surgery is recommendable
but the purpose of surgery is not the treatment of stenosis but the control of pain and
furthermore the effect is temporal.

The point of stenosis pathology is not the temporal pathology but retrogressive one.
This means that stenosis has lots of companying other symptoms - the symptoms caused
by humidity. So the treatment regarding stenosis should be the one of humidity.
As you know, there is no the concept of humidity in the western medicine.

1. Symptoms of Stenosis
Lots of humidity press the spinal cord so the area of pressed spinal cord's control would
be presented with pain, numbness and limit of movements on legs and arms. The kind of
humidity would be over-fluids, waste products and sometimes lipoma or abnormality of bones.

2. Causes
The humidity of the joints comes from the weakness of liver and kidney. Also heart and
lung are weak. However if the humidity symptoms are on lower trunk and legs, the weakness
kidney is more emphasized than that of liver.

3. Pathology
Already mentioned in para 2. One more to be added, the humidity in the spinal cord means
the the humidity can be easily in the brain, which will bring about stroke!

4. Treatment
The first thing to treat it is to get rid of humidity!

5. Prevention
The prescription for humidity is not so easy that it should be get from highly qualified
doctors in east asian medicine. But the general information is that avoiding over drinking

Treatment Case


1. Personal Information (044841-2)
Park   0    0, Male 60 years old
Kanwondo, South Korea
A Teacher
Muscular and slimmy with no fat

2. Chief Complaints
Suddenly pain was severe on the hips and lower pelvic bones. No sings of recovery
in a couple months. So he went to hospital to get MRI photos. The doctor diagnosed
spinal stenosis between lumba 4 and lumba 5. He got injections for vasodilating and
muscle relasants over 10 days but no valid at all. Instead, the pain got more worsened.

He can walk now beacuse the pain on calves and ankles is too severe. Of cause the
pain on the hip is severe but not to be comparable to the calves and ankles.

The important thing is that the pain was intermittent, but now it lasts 24 hours a day.
24 hours of pain naturally makes him not in sleeping.

The doctor in the hospital told him to get hot pack but hot pack makes the pain more severe.
Finally the doctor asked him to get surgery but he did not accept the proposal because
the treatment in the hospital was not so relaible that he should come to Harabi clinic.

Brown colored with sweat
Often chest pain
He always lays on the right side because left side and back down laying makes chest pain.

Pulse : Float, big and a little fast (90/min) but smart
Tongue : Swelled and watery, a little brown coated deeply
Abdomen : Stiffness on both abdominal muscles

1st Prescription
To get rid of humidity

1st Result
He can sleep now as the pain reduced.
Still he gets injections in the hospital but reduced by the half.
Reduced chest pain and frequency
Light urine color but still bubbles
The pulse reduced to 70-75 /min

2nd Prescription
To reduced for humidity and increased for warming inside organs

2nd Result
No injections and no pain controlers
The pain reduced from the first time of 100 to now of 30 by 70 percent.
He can sleep on right side laying for 20 ~ 30 minutes because chest pain reduced.
No pain on back down laying.
He can drive with natural posture steering but he had to bent fowrad before.

3rd Prescription
Reduced for warming inside organs

3rd Result
Nothing troubles at all!

4th Prescription
To finalize perfectly, he wanted one more prescription.
Added for improving blood circulation

Harabi wanted him get to photos to record this case objectivley, but he refused and said,
