1. 목회자가 가져야 할 지도자세

1) 목회자는 눈물이 있어야 한다 - 3

애국자는 민족을 위한 눈물이 먼저 앞서는 것입니다. 이걸 알아야 돼요. 알겠지요? 애국자는 그 백성을 바라볼 때 눈물이 앞서는 것입니다. 효자는 부모를 생각할 때 눈물이 어리는 것입니다.

부모를 위해 물건을 살 때, 눈물이 앞서 가지고 그 물건을 고르게 되면 아무리 악한 부모라도 그 효자 앞에서는 녹아나는 것입니다. 그런 거예요. 알겠어요? 부모의 사랑은 눈물을 따라가는 거예요. 그렇지요? 형제간의 진정한 사랑도 눈물을 따라가는 것입니다. 그렇게 되는 거예요. 

그러므로 교역자로서 눈물이 없으면 안 되는 것입니다. 식구가 찾아 오걸랑 반가워 가지고 눈물이 앞서는 사연에 사무쳐 보라구요. 그러면 그 뜰 아래 사람의 흔적이 사라지나 보세요? 안 사라진다구요. 그건 틀림없는 사실이예요. 사랑을 가진 자는 눈물이 앞서는 겁니다. (50-317) 

이 나라가 살길은 단 하나밖에 없다는 거예요. 삼천만 민중이 대성 통곡하고 눈물을 흘리는 데서 돌아서는 겁니다. 통곡하기 전에는 살 도리가 없다는 겁니다. 그러면 누가 통곡시키겠느냐? 우리가 땀을 흘리고 싸운 과거 역사가, 그 재료가 통곡시킬 수 있는 겁니다.

왜? 수많은 사람들이 자기 멋대로 때려서 쫓고, 별의별 짓 다하고, 시켜 먹고 종살이시켰다 이겁니다. 때가 되거들랑 그 사실로 말미암아 삼천만 민족이 이 뜻을 받들지 않으면 안 된다고 할 때가 올 것입니다.

열 사람이 어느 부락에 가서 고생했으면 열 사람이 지난날의 사연을 얘기할 거예요. 다 모여 가지고 '우리는 이 부락에서 과거에 이랬습니다. 어떤 할아버지가 이렇게 추방하고, 누가 이렇게 몽둥이 찜질을 했고…' 가서 사실을 보고하게 될 때 그 부락민들이 통곡함으로 말미암아 거기서부터 회생의 길이 벌어진다는 겁니다. (155-330) 

여러분의 눈에는 눈물이 말라 있습니다. 하늘 대해, 살아 있는 아버님을 모시고, 감정을 지닌 아버님을 모시고 효자 충신의 길을 걷는다는 여러분의 눈에 눈물이 말라 있습니다. 거 안돼요. (56-34)

第1節 牧会者の指導姿勢
1. 牧会者がもつべき指導姿勢

1) 牧会者は涙がなくてはならない - 3

愛国者は民族のための涙がまず先立つのです。これを知らなければなりません。分かるでしょう？　愛国者はその国民を眺めるとき涙が先に立つのです。孝子は父母を思うとき涙がにじむのです。

父母のために物を買うとき、涙が先に立ってその物を選んだなら、どんなに悪い父母でもその孝子の前では溶けていくのです。そういうものです。分かりますか？　父母の愛は涙に従っていくのです。兄弟間の真実の愛も涙に従っていくのです。そうでしょう？　そうなるのです。

それゆえに教役者としては、涙がなければ駄目なのです。食口が訪ねてくればうれしくて、涙が先立つ事情に徹してみなさいというのです。そうすれば、その家庭に人の痕跡が消えるかどうか見てみなさい。消えないというのです。それは間違いない事実です。愛をもった者は涙が先に立つものです。（五〇―三一七）

この国が生きる道はただ一つしかないというのです。三千万民衆が大きな声で痛哭し、涙を流すところに返り立つのです。痛哭する前は生きる道理がないのです。それでは誰が痛哭させるのでしょうか？　

私たちが汗を流して積み上げた過去の歴史が、その材料が痛哭させるのです。なぜでしょうか。数多くの人たちが自分勝手に殴って追い出し、ありとあらゆるまねをし、使い回し、召使の真似をさせたのです。

時が来ればその事実によって、三千万民族がこのみ旨を奉らなければならなくなるのです。十人の人がある部落に行って苦労したなら、十人の人が過ぎた日の事情を話すのです。みんな集まって「私たちはこの部落で過去こうでした。あるおじいさんがこうして追放し、誰がこうして棍棒でしたたか打って……」と。行って事実を報告するとき、その部落民たちが痛哭することによって、そこから犠牲の道が起こっていくのです。（一五五―三三〇）

皆さんの目に天に対する涙が乾いています。生きているお父様に侍り、感情をもっているお父様に侍って、孝子、忠臣の道を歩むという皆さんの目に涙が乾いています。それでは駄目です。（五六―三四）

1) A Minister Must Shed Tears - 3

Before doing anything else, a patriot will wail on be half of the people. You have to understand this, are you clear? When a patriot looks at the people, the first thing that happens to him is shedding of tears. When a filial son thinks about his parents, his eyes will swell with tears.

When one buys presents for the parents, if one's tears fill their eyes as they choose the gift, then no matter how evil a parent is, he will be melted by the tears of the filial son. Isn't this how it is? True love between brothers also follows the path of tears. This is how it works.

Therefore, a religious worker cannot be short on tears. You should experience shedding tears of joy as a member comes to visit you. Then see if his shadows will disappear from the grounds there. It will not disappear. This is an indisputable reality. Those who possess love will first shed tears before anything else. (50-317)
 
There is only one path of survival for this nation. It will turn around when the thirty million people weep loudly and shed tears. There is no way to survive without weeping. Then who is going to move them to tears? The history of our past, when we were fighting with dripping sweat, this historical material will move them to weep.

Why? Countless people have beat us, driven us out, did all sorts of evil things, ordered us around as slaves according to their whims. When the time comes, the thirty million people will come to the realization that they cannot but support the will of God because of this fact.

If ten people went through suffering in some village, then the ten people will talk about the past. As they report to all those who gather around, "Our past experience in the village was like this. Some grandfather chased us out like this, and so and so beat us brutally with a stick the people in the village will break in tears, and from this moment on, the road to rebirth will be opened. (155-330)
 
Your eyes lack tears. You who claim to be walking the path of filial son and patriot, facing heaven and attending the father who is alive and full of emotions, have eyes that do not shed tears. This is not how it is. (155-34)
