.We must work hard and earn a lot of money through business, and use that money for the Lord's kingdom.
That is not serving two masters, but giving much glory to the Lord.
When God gives us material blessings, we must use them to spread the gospel.
When we do so, God opens the windows of heaven and pours out more blessings.
Proverbs 8:17-18,
I love those who love me, and those who seek me find me.
With me are riches and honor, enduring wealth and prosperity.
However, most of those who receive material blessings do not use them that way, and love their wealth more than the Lord.
In such cases, the Lord makes the lives of those who do wrong difficult, and takes away the material things that He gave them.
Such people suffer from serious illnesses, encounter various accidents, or are defrauded.
Thus, their lives and wealth are wasted, lost, and destroyed.
When we receive the Lord’s blessings, we must be more careful, not enjoy worldly pleasures, and not exalt ourselves.
We must use all the graces we receive for the Lord’s kingdom and glory.
We must live frugally and save, but when the time comes to use them for the Lord, we must be able to use the money boldly.
There is no need to give money to the rich and preach to them, they do not receive the gospel, when you help the poor and preach to them, they believe in Jesus.
Helping the poor and needy is ultimately loving the Lord.
The Bible says that when helping the poor, help the poor among those who believe in Jesus first.
You can give very small gifts directly to the poor, but when helping them financially, you should help them through the church so that there are no side effects.
This is because those who still lack faith rely more on those who give them money than on God.
When we use the material given by the Lord for the Lord's work, more rewards are accumulated in heaven for us, but not many people practice this.
It is not easy to use the material received from the Lord for the Lord's work because of human greed.
We must pray and work hard so that our hearts do not place worldly material in the place of God.
Those who love and serve material more than God are serving two kings.
Those who love material too much, that material becomes their god.
Some people put their children in the place of God.
They are stingy with God, but they give everything for their children.
Those who love worldly money or their children more than God can never go to heaven.
It is Jesus who shed His blood for our sins, not worldly money or children.
Those who serve worldly things and God together serve two masters and make Jesus angry.
We must serve only God as our master, and follow only His words.
When we live according to God’s commandments, God will pour out material blessings on us.
We must strive to save many souls with those material blessings. I bless you in the name of the Lord that you all may realize the Lord’s will.
James 5:1
Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming upon you.
If you preach this message to the rich, most of them will be very reluctant to listen.
Listen, you disobedient rich people, weep and wail because of the suffering that will come upon you.
When war breaks out, who are the first to be captured and suffer?
Those with money and fame are the first to be sacrificed and punished by the enemy.
Those who helped the poor before that, the Lord protects and guards them in any situation.
This is the true wisdom of life. When you have much, it is the Lord's will to share much.
When you share love and material things with the poor in the Lord's name, the Lord remembers and rewards you with more.
Even if his wealth suddenly disappears, those who have helped him will help him.
Everything in the world belongs to God. When you acknowledge this fact, you can practice the Lord's will and receive more blessings.
If someone who has received much wealth from the Lord boasts about himself and does not know how to share with the poor, he will soon perish.
There is a proverb that says that a person who has ninety-nine sheep covets and tries to steal what belongs to the one who has one sheep.
A person with such a greedy heart will not receive the blessing of the Lord, will be cursed, and will lose all his wealth.
If he gives it to Jesus, his greed will disappear because he has fulfilled God's will.
There is no life more valuable than establishing the kingdom of God on this earth.
A life protected and guarded by God is the best and greatest blessing.
When people see gold and silver, what do they grab first? Of course, it is gold that is more valuable.
We have the kingdom of God in our hearts, what in the world can take away our hope of heaven?
The rich who have abandoned the way of heaven and have set their hopes on worldly things will mourn bitterly on the last day.
James 5: 2-3
Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days.
If you store up treasures in the world, they will rot, rust, and eventually become poison that will harm your life.
Spending money to spread the kingdom of God is for God, so you will be blessed on earth and go to heaven.
Those who live under the love and protection of the Lord always live a life without worries.
Such people leave this world with greater expectations and hopes because they have stored up treasures in the kingdom of the Lord.
(Matthew 6:21).
For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
Those who store up treasures on earth have no hope of going to heaven, and cannot believe that heaven actually exists.
Those who have no faith and only have a lot of money want to live long on this earth because money provides a comfortable life.
That is why they do not want to go to heaven.
Those who are obsessed with worldly things cannot go to heaven because they do not have faith and hope to go there.
Using wealth for oneself brings about dire consequences. However, those who use it for God receive the blessings of the earth and heaven.
Using money for the pleasures of the flesh becomes evil wealth and leads to destruction.
This word does not mean that we should unconditionally sell our houses and donate them. That is not God’s will.
God wants to give us food, clothing, and a place to live.
When the Lord provides us with the basic foundation of life and gives us more than that, we should not be extravagant with it, but use it to spread the kingdom of God.
Do not sell your house and donate it, and do not borrow money to donate it.
Doing so is being deceived by the devil.
We must discern the will of the Lord every day.
Money and material things are good. With them, we can love our neighbors and spread the kingdom of God.
(1 Tim. 6:18).
Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share.
We must do this because ultimately, we are sowing the seeds of blessing for ourselves.
However, those who love money more than God cannot help the Lord's work even with much money.
Suddenly, great difficulties arise for such people. Diseases, traffic accidents, etc., and the Lord shakes their lives.
The Lord humbles those who do not understand the grace and will of the Lord through various means. There is no other way than repentance.
Those who helped the church and the poor in the name of the Lord, the Lord immediately solves their problems when they pray.
When King Hezekiah prayed, God defeated the enemy's army of 185,000.
When those who have helped the church are in trouble, the church should support them.
When those who have devoted themselves to the church and served the church are in trouble, the church should not turn away from them.
The Holy Spirit gives us the heart to help, but many church members are too stingy with money to obey His word.
(Matthew 25:29).
For everyone who has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him.
This word means that the Lord takes away the property of the stingy and gives it to those who dedicate themselves to serving others.
We often see that those who receive the grace of the Lord but are stingy lose their property one day and their business collapses.
There are some church members who are not interested in the Lord's work when their own work is going well, and who only try to please others and show off a little.
Such church members will later be abandoned by the Lord, as the Bible warns.
