第1節 牧會者의 指導姿勢
1. 목회자가 가져야 할 지도자세

2) 관심이 있어야 한다 - 1

생각하지 않는 것이 인연맺어질 수 없고, 인연맺지 않는 것이 관계를 성립시킬 수 없다. (21-86) 

오늘날 사람들은 사람에 대해서 너무나 무관심합니다. 횡적 관계에 있어서 횡적인 인연을 중심 삼고 서로 존중하는 일이 적습니다. 남녀노소를 막론하고 사람에 대해서 귀찮아하고 있습니다. 사람이 귀찮아지면 도의 길을 가는 사람이 될 수 없습니다. 

하나님이 복귀섭리를 해 나오시는 데에는 우리 대한민국만을 필요로 하는 것이 아닙니다. 세계 30억 인류를 전부 다 필요로 하시는 것입니다. 그렇기 때문에 사람에 대한 깊은 관심을 갖고 나오시는 것입니다.

이것은 지금까지 하나님의 섭리 가운데에서 가장 중요한 목표였습니다. 우리가 그 목표를 이루기 위해서 모인 무리라 할진대는, 모든 사람에 대해서 하나님과 같은 자리에서 관심을 가지고 대할 줄 알아야 된다는 것입니다. 

이것은 겉으로만 그렇게 하는 것이 아닙니다. 본심에서 우러나오는 마음을 갖게 될 때 최고의 인연을 결실하는 자리에 설 수 있는 것이요, 관계를 맺는 데 있어서도 최고의 관계를 맺는 자리에 설 수 있다는 것입니다.

이런 것을 알아서 앞으로 식구가 어떠한 어려움이 있고, 어떠한 환경에 부딪쳐 고난을 당할 때에 서로서로 자기가 당한 것과 같은 심정으로 동정하는 마음을 가져야 되겠습니다. 

사람을 사랑하는 데 있어서 누구보다도 앞장선다 할진대는 아무리 가을이 오고, 겨울과 같은 시련의 고비가 온다 할지라도 뚫고 나갈 수 있는 생명력을 갖게 되는 것입니다. 그래서 그러한 생명력은 봄을 향하여 힘차게 남아져 새로운 세계의, 생명의 모체가 된다는 것을 여러분이 느끼기를 바라는 바입니다. (25-291)

1. 牧会者がもつべき指導姿勢

2) 関心がなければならない - 1

考えていないものが因縁を結ぶことはできず、因縁を結んでいないものが関係を成立させることはできません。（二一―八六）

今日、人々は人に対してあまりにも無関心です。横的関係において、横的な因縁を中心として互いに尊重することが少ないのです。老若男女を問わず、人に対して煩わしく思っています。人が煩わしくなると修道の道を行く人になれません。

神様が復帰摂理をされるとき、私たち大韓民国だけを必要とされるのではありません。世界三十億人類を、すべて必要とされているのです。そのため、人に対する深い関心をもっておられるのです。

これは今まで神様の摂理の中で、一番重要な目標でした。私たちがその目標を成すために集まった群れであるならば、すべての人に対して、神様と同じ位置から関心をもって対してあげることができなければならないのです。

これはうわべだけそうするのではありません。本心からわき上がってくる心をもつようになるとき、最高の因縁を結実する位置に立つことができるのであり、関係を結ぶにあたっても最高の関係を結んだ位置に立つことができるのです。

こういうことを知って、これから食口はどんな困難があり、どんな環境にぶつかって苦難を受けるときにも、互いが受けたのと同じ心情で、同情する心をもたなければなりません。

人を愛するにあたって誰よりも先頭に立つとき、どんなに秋が来て、冬のような試練の絶頂が来たとしても、突き抜いて出ていくことのできる生命力をもつようになるのです。

それで、そういう生命力は春に向かって力いっぱい生き残って、新しい世界の生命の母体になるということを皆さんが感じるよう願います。（二五―二九一）

2) You Have to Become Concerned - 1

You cannot be connected to someone when you are not concerned about the person and you cannot build a relationship when you have not made the connection. (21-86)
 
Today, people do not pay enough attention toward each other. In horizontal relationship, it is rare that people pay respect to each other centering on the horizontal connection. Regardless or sex and age, everyone has the attitude that dealing with people is annoying. If you view people as nuisance, then you can never walk the heavenly way.

For God's dispensation of restoration, the Korean nation is not the only place that God needs. He needs all of the three billion people in the world. For this reason, God is deeply concerned about people.

This has been the most important purpose in God's dispensation up to now. Since we are a group of people who gathered for the sake of achieving this goal, we must stand in the position where God is and have the same degree of concern toward all people.

This should not be done just externally. When you can possess the heart that springs up from your original mind, you can realize the best interpersonal connections and best personal relationships. Knowing this, when a member is experiencing some difficulty or facing hardships, you should feel sympathy toward the person as if these afflictions are happening to you.

If you can surpass everyone in loving people, then you can come to possess the power of life which will allow you to persevere through the most difficult crisis that are like autumn and winter. I hope that you can come to understand that that kind of power of life will assert itself strongly and head toward the spring, eventually becoming the mother-body of the new world and new life. (25-291)
