의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정을 번역 중인데요..

첫 조항에서 딱 막히고나서 한참 헤메다가 나머지 부분을 우선 진행한 후에 다시 돌아와서 보구 있는데도 막막하네요..

제1조(목적) 이 규정은 「약사법」제31조, 제34조, 제38조제1항,「의약품 등의 안전에 관한 규칙」(이하 “규칙”이라 한다)제4조제2항제2호, 제30조제1항제9호, 제48조제5호가목부터 마목까지 및 같은 조 제9호, 제48조의2제2항, 별표1 제15.4호나목, 별표 1의2 제19.4호나목 및 별표4의2 제13.3호,「마약류 관리에 관한 법률」제57조 규정에 따라, 품목허가를 신청하는 품목이 규칙 제48조의2에 따른 제조 및 품질관리기준 적합판정서가 있는 경우에도 규칙 제4조제1항제6호에 해당하는 자료를 제출하여야 하는 의약품, 적합판정서의 유효기간에 대한 세부사항 및 규칙 별표 1, 별표 1의2, 별표 4의2 기준의 실시에 관한 세부사항을 각각 정함으로써 의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 적정을 기함을 목적으로 한다.

1. 조는 article로, 항은 paragraph로, 호는 clause로, 목은 item으로 하기로 했구요..

대략 나누어 보니 이렇게 나오네요..

경우에 따라서 article, paragraph, subparagraph, item 아니면 article, paragraph, item, subitem 이렇게 나뉘게 될 것 같습니다. paragraph 다음이 문단 형식이면 subparagraph, item 이렇게 하시고, 리스트 형식이면 item, subitem 이렇게 하시면 무난 할 것 같은데요.
