Product / Clinical Specialist

Job Purpose

• To ensure effective promotion and sales of the Company Product range within a defined geographical area
• To provide an Education and Training Support service to all customers/users of Company Products
• To assist in the Education of  distributor sales team in the Clinical use of Company Products

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have two(2) years prior experience in medical device sales or equivalent sales experience
• Diploma in business, health Sciences or Registered Nurse/ Respiratory Therapist/Medical Technologist  with  proven demonstrated experience in similar role in a Healthcare company 
• Knowledge of company market segments and products 
• Training skills required to effectively train customers and demonstrate company products/clinical benefits  and services 
• High level Communication Skills – verbal and written including presentation skills 
• Computer Literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point

Business Development Manager

Job Purpose

• Manages all sales activity for the full Company product portfolio within an assigned region/market
• Work closely with distributors , and develop a good working relationship with the Marketing and Product managers , and develop extensive knowledge of their sales pipelines , customers and market development plans
• Operate as a key point of contact between the  distributors and SM SEA distributor Management team , for marketing , sales and regulatory communications and provide effective support to the distributors .
• Search, identify and propose new business opportunities for growth, both short and long-term
• Develop and propose annual strategic plans and business budgets
• Develop relationships with KOL and clinical support programs , together with product /Clinical  specialists
• Actively participate as a key member of the SEA distributor Management team.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

·         Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally Bachelor of Business / healthcare management , with  a marketing specialization , with at least 5 years within the medical Industry. Two years previous supervisory or project leadership experience is also recommended .

·         Excellent computer skills for use with Email, Powerpoint, word Processing and spreadsheets

Must have prior working experience of the Korean healthcare industry
