Acts 2:36~41

36 Therefore let all Israel be assured of this God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah.


37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, Brothers, what shall we do


38 Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.


39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off for all whom the Lord our God will call.


40 With many other words he warned them and he pleaded with them, Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.


41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.


36 그러므로 모든 이스라엘이 주님과 메시아를 십자가에 못 박으신 이 예수님을 하나님께서 만드신 것임을 확신하게 하소서.


37 이 말을 들은 백성들은 가슴을 베고 베드로와 다른 사도들, 형제들에게 말했습니다. 우리는 무엇을 해야 할까요


38 베드로가 대답했습니다. 회개하고 너희 모두, 죄의 용서를 위해 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 세례를 받으라. 그리고 너희는 성령의 선물을 받게 될 것이다.


39 그 약속은 당신과 당신의 자녀들, 그리고 주님께서 우리 하나님을 부르실 모든 사람들을 위해 멀리 떨어져 있는 모든 사람들을 위한 것입니다.


40 그는 다른 많은 말들로 그들에게 경고하며 그들에게 간청했다. "이 부패한 세대로부터 자신을 구하라."


41 그의 메시지를 받아들인 사람들은 세례를 받았고, 그날 약 3천 명이 그들의 수에 추가되었습니다.
