How to save a charlierose.com video file (google video)

1. using firefox web browser

2. go to www.charlierose.com

3. search for an interesting video

4. click on "More Info"

5. click on  the PLAY ">" button;

    you can hit PAUSE  if you like

6. open up Windows Explorer and goto

    C\Documents & Setting\<your_user_name>\Local Settings\Temp

    (IF you can't see this directory, goto Tools->Folder Options>View,

      enable "Show hidden files and folders")

7. The newest file in the Temp directory is the video file.

    It is usually named something like fla2BC.tmp. As it loads, the filesize will increase until

    the whole video is downloaded. once the video is downloaded, you can copy this and rename it to

    "C:\charlie_rose_<date>_<name_of_interview>.flv". It will play

    in KMPlayer or VLC

8. IF you have problems copying the file, then you need to download

    the "Unlocker" tool, Download "Unlocker" from:

    Use "Unlocker" to copy the tmp file.
