The Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse entry) is for candidates who are overseas qualified registered/licensed nurses who would like to upgrade their qualifications to a nursing degree and become eligible to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (refer to Professional Recognition/Membership for further information).
This pathway aims to build on and develop the nursing skills of overseas trained and qualified nurses and prepare them to join the workforce in the role of a Registered Nurse.
Studies include nursing and research skills, the scientific basis of nursing, health psychology and health sociology, professional nursing studies and clinical experience in a various health care settings.
Our aim is to prepare nurses who are reflective about practice and have well-developed clinical reasoning skills.

Nursing encompasses autonomous and collaborative care of individuals of all ages, families, groups and communities, sick or well and in all settings.
Modern nurses play an important role in health promotion, maintenance and education, as well as in traditional patient care and the restoration of health.

Applicants must be eligible for registration with a nurses' registration authority in a country (outside of Australia) in which they originally registered. Applicants with an overseas nursing qualification will be eligible to apply for registration with the Nurses Board of South Australia upon successful completion of the course. |
Applicants must provide a current practicing certificate as evidence of eligibility for registration with a nurses' registration authority in country in which they originally registered. Single registration Psychiatric and Mental Deficiency nurses may apply, but will not be able to gain Registered Nurse status with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a result of completing this course. | ||

Applicants must provide evidence of eligibility with a nurses' authority in the country in which they originally registered (ie practicing certificate). This must be sent to SATAC as soon as possible after submitting the SATAC GradStart application. Under the terms of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (South Australia) Act 2010, as a nursing and midwifery student enrolled in a course that provides a qualification for registration you are required (as a condition of your enrolment at the University) to register as a student with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia for the duration of your nursing/midwifery studies. The registration process requires you to provide personal details to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia such as your health status and any criminal convictions. 여기랑 ucol 이랑 차이점이 뭔가요?? 어느게 더나은것 같으세요? (이런질문은 좀 난감하시겠지만^^;;)
단지 학위만을 받을사람으로서 꼭 호주에서 공부하고 싶은 사람을 위한것입니다. 이민목적이나 해외간호사로 일할 사람,저렴한비용을 원하는 사람은 당연히 UCOL 을 가야지요.
엇저는 플린더스만 알고 있었는데 그렇게 일년 졸업하면 취업이 잘 안된다고 하여 2.3년 학교 다니는걸 추천하더라구요 전 대학교보단 차라리 대학원에 더 가는게 맞는거 같은데 혹시 좀더 자세히 ucol학교 설명해 주실수 있으세요?
