이 해석은 흡기압(진공압)이 작용하는 구멍4개와 급기압이 작용하응 홀이 1개로 이
루어진 패드에 글래스 판재(0.7mm)를 올리고 공기를 넣었을 때 글래스 판재의 자중
과 아래에서 나오는 공기압의 상호작용으로 인해 글래스 판재의 변형을 볼려고 하는
것입니다. 다음 사항을 고려해서 한번 봐주세요..
1. 유막(글래스와 패드사이에 공기압으로 인해 형성된 간격)의 두께도 해석할 수 있
나요? 방법을 몰라 0.05mm 로 모델링하고 Z방향으로 5등분 DIVIDE 하여 메쉬 하
였습니다.
2. 아래 로그 화일을 돌려보면 0.05mm 간격에서 압력 형성의 결과는 나옵니다(정확
한지는 모름), 그러나 이 압력 프로파일을 글래스에 적용해 구조 해석하게 되면
해석이 되질 않네요.. 에러 메세지도 한번 확인하여 도움을 주십시오..
3. 모델의 적합한 메쉬 크기를 잘 모르겠습니다. 유막의 경우 너무 얇아서 그냥 프
리 메쉬하기는 시간이 많이 걸리더군요. 또 급기구의 홀 면적이 있어 메쉬가 쉽
지가 않았습니다.
4. 압력을 글래스에 적용 후 구속을 자중에 의한 구속을 줄 수는 없겠죠?
INPUT 화일을 올리겠습니다.
오로지 압력만을 보기에(온도와도 관계가 있지만..) 온도에 대한 부분은 무시하고
mp,kxx... 부분은 나중에 구조해석으로 연성해석 할 때 탄성계수 및 다른 물성치로
대처하기 위해 넣어 준것입니다. 어떠한 조언이라도 좋으니 부탁바랍니다.
