"파워"라는 이름의 약물을 소재 진행되는 이야기 입니다.

5분동안 초능력을 갖게 해주는 신기한 약이면서, 그 초능력은 주로 동물에게서 나오는 능력입니다.

예를 들면 도마뱀처럼 꼬리를 자르면 새롭게 꼬리가 나오듯이,

이 약을 복용하면 같은 능력을 가질수 있게 되는거죠.

물론 약이 맞니 않는 사람은 먹자마자 몸이 터지거나,

약을 과다복용할 경우 그 약의 힘에 눌려서 몸이 버티지 못하고 죽게됩니다.

영화에서 약에 잘 적응한 인물들이 그 힘을 이용해서 범법행위를 만들면서,

미국 곳곳에서 이상한 범죄이야기가 들리게 됩니다.

영화의 배경은 뉴올리언스라는 도시 입니다.

First, we stabilize it. Then, we weaponize it. 

The power goes to where it 

always goes. To the people that already have it. 

They think they can just test 

their product on my city? 

Let'em see what happens.
