물질 문명의 발달 속도를 따라 잡지
못하는 문화 지체 현상이 그 문화권
집단을 대상으로 한다면
나라는 한 개인의 눈에 빤히 보이는
드러난 인류의 궤적을 똑바로 읽어 내지
못하는 이 허부적 현상은 오직
나만의 정신 지체 현상인 듯

21c 16년도 4월에 와서 비로소 인류는
20c 병폐 해소 의 우선 순위 를 매기고자 한다
그간 아무리 2차 대전 일본군 위안부 손 대어
치료하려 했어도 단추 순서가 안 맞아지던
까닭이 살짝 드러나고 있다
이제 와서 맨해튼 계획 이나 일석을 회자하는
