8>How did King David get righteous? <Summary>
<Rom 4:6-8>.2025.11.9.> Pastor Ho-il Kim of Osaka's beloved church.
How did Abraham get righteousness and how could King David keep it without losing it? <Rom4:17-22>It is the same as I have set you up as the ancestor of many peoples, so his faith is that God saves the dead and calls them as if they are not.
This is because Abraham wanted and believed in what he could not hope for, because he wanted to make your descendants the ancestors of many nations, as he said. Even when he was 100 years old and knew that his body was dead and that Sarah's birth was dead, his faith was not weakened, and he had no faith, and he was convinced that he would be solid in faith without doubt, and that he would also honor God and fulfill his promises. These words explained Abraham's faith in detail. Abraham's faith believed in God who saved the dead. Therefore, we must believe in God who saves the dead, just like Abraham's. If you believe in God who saves the dead, you will experience healing. In fact, God saved Jesus from the dead. In this way, God has the ability to restore. Also, Abraham believed that he was a God who called what was not there. In fact, when God created heaven and earth, he created it by words.
Those who have this belief experience miracles. Abraham actually hoped and believed in the unexpected. Knowing that he was 100 years old and dead, he did not doubt it because his faith did not weaken.
He only honored God and believed in God's promise. That's why he was given the title of the ancestor of faith. Abraham, on the other hand, said that it was not only for Abraham but for us that he was righteous. In other words, if we believe in God, who has been righteous by faith, we will also achieve righteousness. In other words, if you believe in God who saved Jesus from the dead, you will gain righteousness. Therefore, you must believe in God who believes in God of the ability to save the dead and who makes him do what he does not. You must also understand how King David was righteous, how he was forgiven, and how he did not lose his salvation. As a boy, David fought and defeated Goliath, an enemy general, by believing in and relying on God of great power. Then Prophet Samuel became king through his carelessness. After he became king, he unified the two Koreas. Ghosts were driven out through music and musical instruments and comforted the nation. Such a great king took away his wife and sent him to the battlefield to die. This is why I confess the following. Blessings are those who are deceived by lies and are obscured by their sins. Blessings are those who have no secret in their hearts and are not sinned by the Lord. When I do not vomit, I groan all day, so my bones have declined.
Your hand pressed me day and night, and my essence became angry and dry in the summer drought. These words are quoted in Chapter 4 of Rom. It is a confession that those who are condemned by faults and obscured by sins are blessed. Tear means mistake, and sin means failure to obey the word. Also, not being condemned means not being treated like a sinner. When he did not repent after committing a sin, he experienced his own spirit groaning all day, weakening his bones.
Additionally, he discovered that the extract was draining from his body because God's hand pressed against him.
That's why he confessed that he was like a grass that dried up in a drought and died. However, when he repented after being advised by his friend, Prophet Nathan, he experienced, appreciated, and confessed that he was guilty, and confessed that his sins were obscured.
