1)In the event lessee is transferred other than temporarily by his present employer to a location for work so distant from the County, as to render it impractical for lessee to maintain residence in the County while performing such work, lessee may terminate this lease by providing lessor with a statement in writing, from both Lessee and lessee's employer setting forth the fact of the transfer, the place to which lessee is to transferred and in general the nature of the work lessee will perform when transferred. Upon receipt of both of such statements, the lease will terminate as of the first day of the first full calendar month which is more than thirty days after the date of receipt by lessor of the last of the required statements.
