재료 : 오징어 두마리, 대파 1개, 양파 1개
양념 : 설탕, 다진마늘, 고추가루, 고추장, 간장

우선 내장을 제거한 오징어 두마리를 깨끗하게 씻어줘야해요~
굵은소금을 잔뜩넣어서 박박비벼줬어요
그리고 여러번 헹궈놓고~ㅎ

우선 식용류를 팬에 두르고 썰어놓은 파를 넣고 달달 볶아줄거에요~
백종원레시피를 보면 항상 기름에 파를 먼저 볶아낸다능..
음식에 파향이 가득 번져있는걸 좋아하더라구요?
근데 이렇게 하면 확실히 맛이 다르긴 한것같더라구요ㅋㅋㅋ

설탕 한스푼을 넣고 볶아주다 여기서 양념이 들어가요!!
고추장, 고추가루, 다진마늘, 간장 ..... 요 네가지모두 한스푼씩!!!
(간이 부족하다싶으시면 간은 간장으로 더 해주시면 될듯해요ㅎㅎ)
양념넣고 어느정도 볶아주다가 양파투척!!!
저는 남은 파까지 같이 다 넣어버렸어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
야채의 생생함을 위하여 항상 요런건 마지막에 넣어줘야해요~ ㅎ

양념에 뒤섞이면서 오징어에도 색이 입혀졌네요 ㅋㅋ
양파도 이렇게 볶다보면 숨이 죽고,,, 자연스럽게 양념에도 단맛이 베고 그러는거죠 뭐 ㅎ
