A: So, first things first, we have to consider seafood allergies. I'll look at the most common allergens among seafood.
B: Right, some people can't even come into contact with certain things.
A: Once we know what won't be on the seafood buffet, we can decide what to order./B: I guess I'll work on the non-seafood menu items.
A: I told the client that shellfish are the most common seafood people are allergic to. She insisted on crab and shrimp anyway.
B: If we are stuck with shellfish, then let's order crab meat and medium-size shrimp.
A: We can work with that. We'll make baked crab cakes and several shrimp dishes as starters.
B: That's good. I think some people find a table covered in crab shells off putting.
A: What about the fish? I was thinking a sushi bar with both fish and non-fish sushi rolls./ B: That's a great idea!
A: The wedding is in a week. Have you run our ideas by the client?

A: We'll have to serve those directly to the kids. You know the adults will snatch them up if they see them on the buffet.
B: Probably! Who can resist chicken tenders?/ A: The seafood delivery arrived!
B: That's music to my ears. I'll get Benji to start de-veining the shrimp and Sandra can prepare the fish.
A: Feel free to help them, I'm working on the chicken, pasta, and vegan dishes with Patrick.
B: I feel like we're forgetting something. Can I see your checklist?
A: We're still waiting for the alcohol delivery, the cake, and the ice sculpture. Other than that, we're golden.
B: I guess those things are out of our hands. Let's get back to work!/A: The guests are arriving. Are the serves and bartenders ready?

B: We need to have pierogis while we're here, as well as Polish sausage.
