Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree 2) Total over 10 years work experience 3) Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer services in a Brand Retailer. 4) Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer, sales and people leadership and management experience required. 5) Extensive knowledge of athletic industry and of trends in the marketplace. Technical functional skills to include Retail business systems, spreadsheets, and other computer tools. Ability to use financial data to make sound decisions on budget management and maximization of revenues and sales opportunities. 6) SKILLS - Communication/Language: Good verbal and written communication skill, including meeting facilitation and presentations. - Management/Leadership : Skills at developing, coaching, and counseling direct reports. - Other : Computer literate-PC Skills, emails, spreadsheets, etc. | |
