러분이 처음에 교회에 들어올 때 기뻐하던 그 기쁨이 다 스러져 가지고는 안 됩니다. 그것이 정상적으로 뿌려진 하나의 씨가 되었으면 거기에서 열매를 맺어 가지고 수십 수백의 씨를 거두고, 그 씨를 다시 뿌렸으면 수십 수백의 봄날을 맞을 것이 아니냐.

적막강산 위에 한송이의 꽃이 피어나 수많은 꽃을 피워 꽃밭을 이루고 수많은 향기를 풍길 수 있는 향기의 동산을 만들어야 할 것이 아니냐. 여러분 자신들이 그러한 향기를 풍길 수 있는 결실된 동산 가운데 서 있느냐? 그렇지 못하다는 것입니다. 

내가 내 스스로 풍기는 향기를 좋아하는 것은 고독한 것입니다. 그렇지만 많은 향기 가운데에서 많은 향기와 더불어 내가 풍기는 향기는 고귀한 것입니다. 그것은 대중이 깃들 수 있고 만물이 화동할 수 있는 요건이 되는 것입니다. 그렇지만 하나만으로는 적적하고 외로운 것입니다. (60-26) 

책임자에게는 생명의 감사와 생명의 뭐라할까, 윤택함이 언제나 샘 솟듯 흐르는 그러한 무엇이 자기 스스로에게 있어야 된다는 거예요. 고통스럽지만 평화스러운 것이요, 거기에 안식할 수 있는 보금자리와 같은 생명이 깃들 수 있는 그러한 안식처가 자기 마음에 잠겨져 있어야 됩니다. 그 자세가.

그러한 자리에 서 가지고 그다음에는 어떻게 되느냐? 그러면 하나님이 같이하는 거라구요. 결국은 뭐냐 하면, 상하관계의 연결을 해야 된다는 거예요. (70-148) 

사랑의 리더는 융통성이 있어서 들어왔다 안 들어왔다 그런다구요. 바로 물리기만 하면 안 들어갈 수 없다 이거예요. 전부 다 들어가게 돼 있어요. 그렇다면 거 얼마나 멋져요. 그럴 수 있어야 하나님이 통하지요. (119-195)

4) 包容性がなければならない - 2

皆さんが最初に教会に来た時に喜んだその喜びが、全部倒れてしまってはいけません。それが正常に蒔かれた一つの種になっていれば、そこから実を結んで数十、数百の種を刈り取り、その種をまた蒔いたなら数十、数百の春の日を迎えるのではないでしょうか。

寂寞たる江山の上に一輪の花が咲き、数多くの花を咲かせ、花畑をなして、数多くの香りを漂わすことのできる香気の園をつくらなければならないのではないでしょうか。皆さん自身が、そういう香りを漂わすことのできる結実した園の真ん中に立っているのでしょうか？　そうなり得ていないのです。

私が自分自ら漂わす香りを楽しむということは孤独なことです。しかし多くの香りの中で、たくさんの香りとともに私がかもし出す香りは高貴なものです。それは大衆が宿ることができ、万物が和動することができる要件になるのです。しかし一つだけでは寂しくわびしいものです。（六〇―二六）

責任者には、生命の感謝と生命の潤いがいつでも泉のように流れ出る、そういう何かが自分自らになければならないのです。苦痛に満ちていても平安であり、そこに安息することができる、ねぐらと同じように生命が宿ることができる、そういう安息所が自分の心になければなりません。

その姿勢、そういう位置に立って、その次にどうなるのか？そうであるならば神様が共になされるのです。結局何かといえば、上下関係の連結をしなければならないというのです。（七〇―一四八）

愛のリーダーは融通性があるものです。すなわち、正しくかみ合いさえすれば、どこへでも入らずにはいられないというのです。全部が入るようになっています。そうだとすれば、それはどれほど格好がいいでしょうか。そうすることができれば、神様が通じます。（一一九―一九五）

4) You Must Have the Ability to Embrace People - 2

The joy that you have once felt when you first joined must not fade away with time. If that has become an implanted seed through the regular process, then shouldn't it bear fruits and provide tens and hundreds of seeds to be harvested, and if you again sowed those seeds on the ground, shouldn't you be greeting tens and hundreds of spring days?

You should grow one flower to blossom in the dry and barren land, so that it can eventually give birth to countless flowers creating a flower garden and the garden of aroma where one can enjoy many fragrances? Do you yourself stand in the midst of such garden of fragrance? Unfortunately this is not true.

If you like the aroma that you yourself are giving out then, this is nothing but loneliness. However, the aroma that you give out, which intermingles; with the numerous fragrances around you, then this is very precious.

This will become the crucial condition by which the multitude of people can dwell harmoniously and all things can be harmonized. But with only one, it is only loneliness and solitude. (60-26)

Within the leader, there must always be something like the springing forth of gratitude of life and, how can I put it, the abundance of life flowing like a stream. It is painful, yet it is peaceful, and within his or her heart there must be a resting-place much like a nest where life can dwell.

What would happen after standing in such position and possessing that attitude? Then, God will be with you. Eventually, there must be a connection of the relationship between the higher position and the lower position. (70-148)
 
A leader of love has the flexibility to come in and not come in. If you are caught in the right place, how can you not be dragged in? All without an exception will go in. How wonderful would it be then? You can be linked to God only when you can do that. (119-195)
