- Monitor and develop programs to improve own retail performance: increase sales, stock turns & productivity, reduce costs. - Develop customer care program: customer service policies, monitor and track customer satisfaction (mystery shopper, etc.) - Organize regular forum, ad-hoc audit of own retail
2. Strengthen own retail driving force to better manage own retail.
- Identify training needs and develop corresponding training programs for own retail - Review current retail HR practices, develop and implement appropriate personnel plans for own retail (recruitment profile, incentives, competitions, etc.) - Develop corresponding store operating procedures, standards, manuals. - Develop tools, systems and checking mechanism |
