                  Forging official documents... Case 200.

偸卷(투권)은 남의 문권을 위조하는 것이다.

  Tu-gwon refers to the act of forging or falsifying anotther person′s

   legal deeds or documents.

진실된 문권을 위조하려고 거짓으로 진실인체 한다 해도,
소를 그린 그림에 용의 무늬를 놓는 것이며, 개가 호랑이 가죽을 뒤집어 쓴 것과 같으니

  Even if one feigns authenticity to forge a genuine documment,

  it is as futileas embroidering dragon patterns onto a drawing of a cow,

  or s dog disguising itself in a tiger′s pelt.

백 걸음도 못가 소는 넘어지고 개는 뒤집어진다.

   Before advancing even a hundred paces, the cow will collapse under the false weight,

   and the dog will stumble and be exposed.

偸卷者는 倣人之卷也라 (투권자는 방인지권야라)

  One who forges deeds is someone who imitates(counterfeits)

  the legal documents of others.

欲偸實하여 有粧之假質이면 (욕투실하여 유장지가질이면)

  If one desires to steal the truth and uses a false quality that is merely dressed up,

牛畵龍文이요 犬冒虎皮라 (우화용문이요 견모호피라)

  It is like painting dragon patterns on a cow, and a dog putting on a tiger′s skin.

百步之內에 牛顚犬仰하리라. (백보지내에 우전견앙하리라.)

  Within a hundred paces, the cow will trip and fall, and the dog will be turned on its back.
