<p>1. We must not dilute the Word by calling it a symbol or a metaphor. It is best to accept the words of the Bible as they are.</p><p>The literal word does not have one meaning but has more meanings. However, if we lose sight of the meaning indicated by the word and continue to leave it as a metaphor and symbol, our faith also becomes insubstantial.</p><p> </p><p>2. Who establishes the church?
