70년대 초반 감성적인 음악의 정수를 보여준 싱어송라이터 잭슨 브라운(Jackson Browne)은

서정적인 가사와 멜로디로 인기를 누리며 70년대 캘리포니아 음악의 토대를 마련한 음악인이다.

독일 하이델버그에서 태어나 3살 때 LA로 이주한 잭슨은 10대에 포크 음악에 심취하여 지역의 클럽

에서 노래하며 기타연주와 작사에 몰두했다.     비록 앨범 자체로는 큰 성공을 거두지 못했지만, 싱글

'Doctor My Eyes'를 톱 텐에 진입시킴은 물론, 글린 프레이(Glenn Frey)와 공동으로 작곡한

 'Take It Easy'(후에 이글스의 히트송이 된다), 'Rock Me on the Water', 'Jamaica

 Say You Will' 등으로 그는 싱어송라이터로서의 입지를 굳히게 된다.

이후 악기 연주자인 데이비드 린들리(David Lindley)와의 공동작업을

거친 두 번째 앨범 [For Everyman] 역시 상업적 성공은 거두지 못했지만

마니아층을 확보하였고, 74년 [Late For the Sky]로 팬층을 넓혔다. 이 앨범

은 차트 14위에 오르면서 다음해 골드를 기록하는 성공을 거둔다. 비록 그의 첫부인

 필리스(Phyllis)가 자살하는 비극을 겪고 실의에 빠졌지만, 그는 앨범 녹음을 강행했고

 76년 [The Pretender]로 차트 톱 텐에 진입하면서 플래티넘을 기록하는 대 성공을 거둔다.

77년 여름 대대적인 순회공연을 마치고 , 여자친구이자 영화배우인 대릴 한나(Daryl Hannah)와의

 공개적인 결별로 그는 침체기에 빠진다. 결국 93년 개인적인 일상의 이야기들을 담은 [I'm Alive](93)로

재기한 잭슨은, 특별한 히트곡은 없었지만 골드를 기록함으로써 다시금 그의 인기를 확인했다. 96년

 [Looking East]에 이어 97년 25년간의 음악생활을 기념하는 히트곡 모음집 [Greatest Hits]를

 발표한 잭슨은 중년의 나이에도 불구하고 포크, 팝, 록을 어우르며 여전히 녹슬지 않은 열정을

보여주고 있다. 올린 곡은 The Load Out 과 Stay를 접속으로 불러 더욱 친근한 노래...

아내의 갑작스런 죽음으로 상심에 빠졌던 브라운이 컨셉트 성격이 강한 이 앨범에서

순회공연의 설레임, 공허, 지난 날의 회상들을 노래하고 있습니다. 10분 가까운 대작

이지만, 팝 20대 명곡...

I would love Nak-Dong River ,
since it had protected us from the North Communist's invasion at that time of 1950 year ,
as the final barrrier / fence ~ .
Now I do not totally understand some of the people , which would support to North Communist
and also would destroy the liverty, freedom and bright future of our country of Rep of Korea .

I am going to be a bit of busy ,
since the JV [Joint Venture ]company between the Russia Refinery and our team ,
will be established around the May ㅡ
some of the preparation would be needed for documentations and office location , etc !
