"Lights will guide you home And ignite your bones And I will try to fix you " - Coldplay의 노래 "Fix you"에서
The title is taken from a part of the lyrics of Coldplay's song "Fix You." While these lyrics carry philosophical meaning, here the focus is on explaining the concept through the flow of energy in Ki Mu training, promoting physical and mental recovery and enhancement.
Through the activation of Light Energy and igniting it within oneself, or dwelling within the pillar of light, one achieves harmony and balance in body and mind, leading to a healthy state of being.
B. Ignite Your Bones
■ Ki Mu Training and the Order of Muwi
Understanding the " the Order of Muwi " through Ki Mu training allows one to perceive the ignition of vital energy, guiding not only superior ways of martial arts practice but also better approaches to everyday life. The essence and truth behind it are simple yet profound.
By attaining the flow of energy, Facing various situations, Recovering one's body and mind, Even in the face of physical and mental challenges, Adapting to them through the flow of energy, Nurturing inner strength and perseverance.
Fostering a sense of inner calmness and abundance, while cultivating resilience and the ability to overcome any obstacle and progress positively in life.
The principle is straightforward and clear, but aligning oneself with the ever-changing surroundings is never easy. Moreover, the human body itself fluctuates and moves with the restless mind. The human body's mechanics are designed that way, and it is an essential aspect of human transformation, development, and maturity.
The connection between the flow of energy and breathing will be covered in a future opportunity - Even Breathing, Normal Mind.

The training is centered on Ki Mu training with a focus on both hands and two swords, teaching their techniques and the fundamentals of energy flow. Through this training, participants hone their mind and body, engage in spiritual training that promotes health and happiness in their daily lives.
C. Try to Fix You
■ Self-Aquirement (체득, Cheduk) - The Essence of Martial Arts and Life - Love (사랑, Sarang)
In reality, "fixing you" is based on " Self-Aquirement," which is closely related to healing. This Self-Aquirement becomes possible through intensive training in Ki Mu, which involves repetitive experiences of energy flow - Self-Acquirement: Self-Magnetization. This becomes the essence of martial arts training and human life, eventually culminating in "love," which holds the most profound meaning in all Jinyoung Ssangkum Ryu seminars.
" Self-Aquirement "(체득, Cheduk) reveals the connection between martial arts training and healing, and brings about an understanding of the essence, laws, and truths of human life & the world. Through the experiences of Ki Mu training, participants gain a deep understanding of energy flow and the interconnectedness between healing, body, and mind. Through comprehensive training, each practitioner internalizes this system, unifying mind, body, and spirit, naturally achieving a harmonious and balanced life, and realizing the essence of returning to nature.
