I was surprised at the news that a certain doctor said that
hypertension makes renal failure because high pressure
makes the capillaries of kidney ruptured. The people who
are unaware of basic physiology will believe that is true.
The purpose of the interview in TV is I think to make people
take the depressants daily and widely. I also don't know
whether the doctor believes purely that his saying is true or not.
Whenever we meet new questions or new assertions, we
must not forget the next process - Why?
High blood pressure can make the capillaries ruptured. This
is true theoritically.
But why will it happen in kidney?
But why does the blood pressure go upward?
But is it true that renal failure comes from the rupture ?
I say that the thruth is the exact reverse!
First, renal failure comes from the weakness of heart, that is
the poor blood circulation in kidney because the kidney is located
at the farest place from the heart. This means the blood pressure
in capillaries of kidney is the lowest in the body. So if the rupture
happens in kidney, same accidents might happen in brain at first.
Second, renal failure comes from the weakness of kidney itself
born naturally.
Third, hypertension comes by the signal of kidney that complains
low blood flow to kidney. Because the major sensor for regulating
blood pressure is located in kidney.
In conclusion, renal failure comes from hypotension, not
hypertension and hypertension can be treated with improving
blood flow in kidney. So the depressants make the hypertension
and renal failure worse and worse!
