Police have begun a clampdown on Web sites and off-line businesses arranging for husbands and wives to swap partners for sex in affluent districts of Seoul.
The Kangnam police station said yesterday a team of investigators was dispatched and rounded up a 36-year-old Web site manager, a karaoke room owner of the same age and several others involved in arranging partner-swapping meetings, or "swingers'parties."
The Web sitemanager, identified by his surname, Lee, opened his site in January last year and has received applications from 70 couples eager to change partners for sex. The owner of the nori bang,Koran karaoke club, also identified as Lee, was asked by the Web site manager to provide a meeting place for the swingers.
Early this month, four couples paid the nori-bang owner 150,000 Won per hour for a room in his karaoke in Socho-dong,southern Seoul, and staged a party there. The couples exchanged partners and had sex in the same room after the party, police said.
Q.1-> Now there is no related law of taking punishment,so is it
moral and legal?
Q.2-> Is this partner-swapping the matter of personal preference
or the matter of social concern?
(Without breaking the law,no reason the government can
control indivisual way of having a sex-relationship
strictly.)
Q.3-> more questions you can make up.

Prostitution is sometimes called " the oldest profession."
The implication is that it has been practiced in every society throughout history, despite legal and moral prohibitions.
Perhaps it serves an important social purpose by making sex available to the lonely the frustrated, the single, the inexperienced. From a Freudian point of view, sexual repression is a mong the most damaging of all forms of control.
Perhaps the wisest thing is to allow the government to regulate the industry, impose strict health standars, protect the young, and collect taxes that can be sued for the good of all.
Q.1-> Is it moral if the practitioners are licensed and medically
inspected,if it should be victimless crimes?
Q.2-> Is it moral if your wife is pregnant so you go to a sex-shop
during the period of pregnance even if your partner allows you
to do that?
Q-3-> Is it moral that the procecution shoud let the names of
people who have intercourses with the underaged girls publicized as though they are paid?

Yesterday an early 60s aged man who killed his wife in a coma was self-arrested.
He said that he'd taken care of his wife in a coma for 14years,but felt it was too hurt-torn things to her so he determined to take her life by injecting a deadly chemical insectside into her.
But finally, he walked to the police station on his own foot as he felt guilty.
Q.1=> Is it moral even if taking someone's life can never be justified?
