The Kangnam police station said yesterday a team of investigators was dispatched and rounded up a 36-year-old Web site manager, a karaoke room owner of the same age and several others involved in arranging partner-swapping meetings, or "swingers'parties." The Web sitemanager, identified by his surname, Lee, opened his site in January last year and has received applications from 70 couples eager to change partners for sex. The owner of the nori bang,Koran karaoke club, also identified as Lee, was asked by the Web site manager to provide a meeting place for the swingers. Early this month, four couples paid the nori-bang owner 150,000 Won per hour for a room in his karaoke in Socho-dong,southern Seoul, and staged a party there. He said that he'd taken care of his wife in a coma for 14years,but felt it was too hurt-torn things to her so he determined to take her life by injecting a deadly chemical insectside into her. But finally, he walked to the police station on his own foot as he felt guilty. Q.1=> Is it moral even if taking someone's life can never be justified?
