<타락인간이 본향을 그리워하는 이유- The Reason Fallen Humankind Longs for the Homeland>

오늘 우리는 타락하지 아니하였던 본연의 동산을 향하여 다시 회복해 들어가지 않으면 안 된다는 것을 여러분은 원리를 통하여 이미 배웠을 것입니다.

타락한 인간인고로 떨어지지 아니 한 그 본연의 상태, 하나님을 잃어 버린 인간인고로 하나님을 잃어버리지 아니 한 그 자리, 인류의 참부모를 잃어버린 연고로 참부모를 잃어버리지 않은 그 자리를 찾아야 하는 것입니다.

하나님과 이상의 참부모를 중심삼은 평화의 동산에서 자녀로서 생활할 수 있는 그 자리를 우리는 찾아 들어가지 않으면 안 되게 되어 있습니다.

그래서 이 일을 성취하기 위해서도 오늘날 우리에게는 새로이 구원섭리라는 명사가 남아 있는 것입니다.

만일 인간조상이 선의 동산에 처해 있을 때 하나님과 영원한 인연을 맺었던들 오늘날 우리에게 구원이라는 명사는 필요없을 것입니다.

구주를 통해야 할 조건이 필요없을 것입니다.

신앙이라는 명사를 세워서 하나님을 찾아가야 할 이러한 조건도 필요없을 것입니다.

이런 것들이 필요없다고 하면 새시대라는 말도 필요없을 것이며, 회개해야 할 필요도 없다는 것입니다.

그러면 오늘날 내 한 자체를 세워놓고 분석해 보게 될 때, 우리에게는 새로운 소망이 요구되고 있고, 새로운 지도자가 요구되고 있으며, 새로운 생활, 새로운 실천이 요구되고 있는데, 이 모든 사실이 무엇으로 말미암아 그렇게 되었는가 하면 타락으로 말미암아 그렇게 된 것입니다.

타락 이후 오늘까지 오랜 역사가 경과했으면서도 아직까지 인간들이 바라는 그 소망의 본향은 이루어지지 않고 있습니다.

인간들이 마음으로는 그 본향을 그리워하고 있지만 그 본향을 찾아 이루어 즐기지 못하고 있고 그 본향 가운데서 영원한 행복을 누리지 못하고 있는 것입니다.

You probably have already heard through the Divine Principle that we must restore and return to the original homeland before the fall.

We must find the original state before the fall of man, the position before losing God, the position before losing True Parents. Humanity lost True Parents.

We cannot but seek the position where we can live as children in the garden of peace centering on God and the ideal True Parents.

Therefore, to accomplish this task, we have a new term today: the dispensation of restoration.

If our ancestors in the garden of goodness had forged eternal ties with God, then today we would not have needed the term "restoration."

We would not have needed the condition of going through the Savior.

There would not have been any need to use the terms "faith" and "seeking God" nor would there have been any need for the term "new era." There would have been no need for repentance.

When we analyze ourselves today, we find that there is a demand for new hope, a new leader, new life and new practices. All of this came into being because of the fall.

From the fall until today, despite the passage of the long history, the homeland of hope that humankind wants has not yet been realized.

Although human beings seek that homeland in their hearts, they are unable to create and find joy in that homeland. They are unable to indulge in eternal happiness inside that homeland.
