There is only one way to solve human problems (Romans 7:1-4)

Although the current cultural events of the church are laudable , God still says today that there is only one way for us to live.

We are supposed to come to church, listen to the Word, abide in the Holy Spirit, and become God's house in the truth, but if the church becomes a playground, it's a big deal.

There is only one way to solve life's problems.

The way of the cross of Jesus Christ, there is only this way.

There is only this one way to untie the knot in my life.

Romans 7 can be called biblical anthropology or psychology.

If you understand this part, you understand christianity clearly.

At that time, Paul was prepared to be stoned to death according to the law and wrote Romans.

For this reason, Romans 7 clearly explains why salvation cannot be achieved through the law.

Q. On what principle did you gain freedom from the law?

“Know you not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how  that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman  which has an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as  he lives but if the husband be dead, , she is loose from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adultress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.(Rom 7:1-3)

A. If it is a law, think of it as a principle.

It means speaking to those who know this principle.

Doesn't the law rule only as long as the person is alive?

Paul is speaking to those who know this principle.

Romans 7 is therefore the cutting edge of apologetics.

After listening to a lecture by a professor famous for Bavinck's apologetics thesis in the United States, I asked, 'You can explain Romans chapter 7, but what are you saying so difficult?'

He said that a pastor studies the bible and he studies theology because he is a theologian. I laughed at.

At that time, women were the concept of ownership of their husbands.

As long as the husband is alive, the wife is legally bound to her husband.

But think about the meaning of Jesus' words, "It is finished," as he died on the cross.

He accomplished the work of freeing us from the law and making us children of God.

‘Submit to your husband’ is a law already established in Genesis 3.

This is the principle of the flesh.

Through this principle, Paul begins to explain how to be liberated from the law.

If the husband dies, she is free from the law of her husband. This is a natural principle.

The contrast between the adultress and the free woman means that people already know this principle.

Verse 4 is the conclusion of the contents of verses 1-3.

“Wherefore, my brethren, you also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that you should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.” (Romans 7:4)

“Wherefore,” by this principle, you belong to Christ, to the body of Christ who died and rose again with Christ to the law.

As for another, another man, this is the one who is raised from the dead, yet the same and yet different.

Soon Jesus is  the Christ.

This principle is not found in any other religion.

Therefore, if you do not know this, you do not know what christianity is.

'You belong to Christ,' says Romans 6.

“In order to be baptized into Jesus Christ, to be buried, and to be united to Jesus Christ in his life, to walk in newness of life” (Romans 6:4).

Aren't you killed for the law?

So she goes to the other person, who is this one who has been raised from the dead, who has been raised again? It is Christ.

Because we died with him, and he rose again, and because he lives in us, he is the same, but he is different.

That's why it's called another man. The one who was Jesus becomes Christ.

In fact, the Bible says that we died with Jesus, but who is Jesus in us now?

He is in us by the Holy Spirit.

That is why it is called another Comforter.

Here, different does not mean that the contents are different, but that they are the same and different.

It says that we died with Christ and were raised again so that we come to him and walk in new life.

It is so that we may bear fruit for God.

The reason Christians do not bear fruit of faith is because they do not know this principle.

Because they are trying to bear fruit through the shell of the flesh, they are putting on a false performance by putting on the uniform of the church.

This principle of dying on the cross with Christ and being raised again to become one with Christ is the way to the fulfillment of the law.

The fulfillment of the law refers to the fruit of the Spirit that appears.

Can a believer under the law bear fruit? doesn't exist.

It bears fruit, but what kind of fruit does it bear?

It is the fruit of action.

It bears outward fruit.

It is called the fig, the symbol of the Jews.

Figs are neither flowers nor seeds, but rather a bunch of tissue paper.

However, those who are in the new life, that is, those who are in the Holy Spirit, another Counselor, bear internal fruit.

When the time is right, the fruit will be revealed outside.

This is the salt and light of the world.

Even figs are fruits. But there are no seeds.

So, figs are not propagated by seed, but by cuttings.

All believers cannot save others unless they have life in them.

They make people like themselves so that neither they nor others can enter the kingdom of heaven.

Christians come to this world once and live twice.

So, if we only hope for this life, we are said to be the most pitiful (1 Corinthians 15:19).

People in this world right now have so many places to de-stress.

But Christians have only one way.

Just look at David.

The LORD is my stronghold.

The LORD is my refuge.

There is only one way to relieve the stress of death, but it is very difficult when the way is blocked.

People in the world have many ways.

But Christians have only the one way.

We must learn from David.

His enemies and foes have surrounded him to eat his flesh, but the only way to loosen it is that he will dwell in the house of the Lord and gaze on the beauty of the Lord  and seek him. (Psalm 27:4)

David had only this one way.

For us, too, the one who binds and the one who looses is the Lord Jesus Christ when it comes to our sins and problems in life.

The problem is, Christians right now don't think the way.

They are trying to solve it in the way of the world.

So, the value of God is declining by christians.

But sincere christians live a second life.

After this husband dies, the seat of the flesh is moved to the seat of the spirit, following another husband.

That is why the Bible says that women are saved through the labor of childbirth.

This is because, from God's point of view, all saints are female nouns.

So all the saints are the brides of Christ.

Through the suffering of Christ and the cross of glory, through the labor of childbirth, we become united with Christ and enter into  the genealogy of Christ.

It is laudable for the church to mobilize various methods or events to find out how the servants of the Lord can give joy to the members because the believers are too young and too frustrated.

However, God says that the only way to solve human problems is the message of the cross of Christ.
