(사64:1-12)
1 Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you!  2 As when fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil, come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you!  3 For when you did awesome things that we did not expect, you came down, and the mountains trembled before you.  4 Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.  5 You come to the help of those who gladly do right, who remember your ways. But when we continued to sin against them, you were angry. How then can we be saved?  6 All of us have become like one who is unclean, and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away.  7 No one calls on your name or strives to lay hold of you; for you have hidden your face from us and made us waste away because of our sins.  8 Yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.  9 Do not be angry beyond measure, O LORD; do not remember our sins forever. Oh, look upon us, we pray, for we are all your people.  10 Your sacred cities have become a desert; even Zion is a desert, Jerusalem a desolation.  11 Our holy and glorious temple, where our fathers praised you, has been burned with fire, and all that we treasured lies in ruins.  12 After all this, O LORD, will you hold yourself back? Will you keep silent and punish us beyond measure?  

롬6:24는 죄의 삯(wage)를 언급한다
그것은 유기(遺棄) 파멸(破滅) 참담(慘憺)

나는 이스라엘사(以色列國史)를 살펴보면서
너무나 뻔뻔한 민족(民族)이라는 생각을 지울 수가 없다

잠26:11의 민족
끝없이 반복(反復)하는 채바퀴를 생각나게 하는 민족

엄청난 재난재앙화(災難災殃禍)를 당해야 비로소 깨닫고 하나님께 돌아오는 민족
그러나 포기하지 않으시는 하나님의 은혜은총긍휼자비복(恩惠恩寵矜恤慈悲福)의 대상(對象)들...

하지만 알고보면
그들의 모습은 모두 아담의 후손들에게 나타나는 공통요소(共通要素)

좁게는 
남의 이야기가 아니라 나의 이야기...

하나님의 용서(容恕) 회복(回復) 더 나은 형통번영복(亨通繁榮福)을 위해 
하나님을 향한 아부성발언(阿附性發言)에 이질감(異質感)마저 들지만...

하나님은 그래도
하나님은 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 사랑으로 대해 주시니...

때로는 오줌을 지릴 정도로 무섭지만
때로는 속도 없는 분인 듯...
