<p>The woman gave everything she had to Jesus. Jesus is now going to the cross to sacrifice His life. Pouring precious ointment on Jesus as He goes to sacrifice His life means giving her all.</p><p> </p><p>This woman showed through her actions that she could sacrifice everything for Jesus. Jesus is the one to whom this woman sacrifices everything before He goes to die in ultimate obedience.</p><p> </p><p>The death of Jesus is the fragrance of resurrection. The person who has this fragrance of resurrection is the person who pours the precious ointment on Jesus.</p><p> </p><p>This precious ointment is the money we have, our time, and our bodies.
