☃️하얼빈 국제 빙설축제(哈爾濱國際冰雪節)는 중국 흑룡강성 하얼빈에서 매년 열리는 겨울 축제로, 현재 세계 최대 규모의 빙설 축제이다. 축제에는 인기 명소인 얼음과 눈의 세계(冰雪大世界; 빙설대세계)가 포함된다. 초창기에는 주로 중국 참가자들이 참여했던 축제였지만, 시간이 흐르면서 국제적인 행사 및 대회로 성장하여 1,800만 명의 방문객을 유치하고 287억 위안(44억 달러)의 수익을 창출했다. 이 축제에는 세계 최대 규모의 얼음 조각들이 전시된다. 축제 전시는 12월 말부터 2월 말까지 열린다. 도시 곳곳에 얼음 조각들이 설치되지만, 주요 전시 구역은 두 곳이다. 썬 아일랜드는 도시 맞은편 쑹화강 건너편에 있는 휴식 공간으로, 거대한 눈 조각들을 전시한다. 빙설대세계(冰雪大世界)는 낮과 밤에 개방되는 구역으로, 쑹화강에서 직접 가져온 60~90cm 두께의 얼음 덩어리로 만든 실물 크기의 건물들이 조명으로 밝혀져 있다. 이 공원은 보통 12월 말부터 2월 말까지 개장한다. 1999년 새천년을 기념하여 첫 번째 빙설대세계가 개장했다. 매년 새로운 디자인의 얼음 건물과 눈, 얼음 조각으로 공원을 재건해야 한다. 최근 수년간 이 공원은 최대 80만㎡(80헥타르) 규모로 확장되었다. 축제 기간 동안 시내 여러 공원에서 얼음 등불 공원 투어 행사가 열린다. 축제 기간 중 겨울에는 야불리 알파인 스키, 쑹화강 동계 수영, 자오린 정원 얼음 등불 전시회 등의 활동을 즐길 수 있다. 하얼빈은 중국 동북부에 위치하며 시베리아에서 불어오는 차가운 겨울 바람의 영향을 받는다. 여름 평균 기온은 21.2°C(70.2°F)이고 겨울 평균 기온은 -16.8°C(1.8°F)이다. 연평균 최저 기온이 -25°C(-13°F)까지 내려가는 경우도 드물지 않다.
