<p>Let us not become a crowd or a mass in this society or church. If we become a crowd or a mass, we become dogs obeying as the authorities command.</p><p> </p><p>The church is a community of holy people of God. Each individual's faith must be alive, and each individual's judgment must be alive.  The nature of the crowd or mass has not changed since the time of Jesus, neither then nor now.</p><p> </p><p>Do not be manipulated. Do not be manipulated in the church, workplace, or any organization.</p><p> </p><p>As members in Christ, when we are assured of our relationship with Christ and relate directly within Christ, following Christ, we become one.</p><p> </p><p>Let us not become the crowds incited by Pilate and the group of priests.</p><p> </p><p><i>Excerpt from the sermon by Pastor Lee, Jan 1, 2024.</i></p><p><i>Mat 27:11-26</i></p>
