안녕하십니까? 저는 이번 119번째 텀의 부회장으로 추천된 석희진입니다.
Hello, my honorable seniors and lovely members! As you know, I`m Seuk Hee-jin who nominated for the Vice-president of the 119th term.

우선 저를 추천해주신 Miss Lee woo-kyung 께 감사드립니다. 또한 너무나 힘들었던 지난 텀 회장,부회장 Mr.권용락과 Miss 최지원양께도 피티션으로서 감사드립니다.
First of all, thanks for the recommendation of Miss Lee woo-kyung and President Mr. Kwon Yong-rak and Vice-president Miss Choi Ji-won of the last term which was very hard.

지금부터 119번째 텀 임기기간동안 제가 fellow여러분들게 약속드릴 수 있는 몇가지를 말씀드리고자 합니다.
From now, I want to tell you somethign that I`ll promise for the next term of the Vice-president.

저의 이번 텀 목표는 학술동아리로서 스터디부분을 더욱 활성화 시켜 피티션들의 영어 실력을 향상시키는 것입니다.
My main project of the this term is making progress in English as more activating study part.

First, 현재 저조한 출석률을 보이고 있는 신입생들이 레귤러에 능동적으로 참석할수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.
First, I`ll do my best that freshman who the percentage of attendance is very low will participate in our regural meeting actively.

방학이라는 핸디캡도 있었지만 신입생들의 낮은 출석률의 원인 중에 가장 큰 원인은 학술동아리라는 부담감 때문이라고 생각합니다.
There is a handicapped by a summer-vacation but the greatest one of the reason which is a lower-the percentage of attendance of freshman is a burden as academic group.

지난 텀 피티씨의 스터디파트를 담당하는 아카데믹 commit를 맡았던 경험을 바탕으로 아카데믹을 활성화시켜 신입생들도 Let`s study page를 만드는 작업에 직접 참여시킴으로써 신입생들 스스로가 피티션으로서 레귤러참석에 대한 책임감과 의무감을 높이고 동시에 부담감 또한 줄일 수 있도록 하겠습니다. ..여기는 잘 몰겠네여...좀 도와주세염...

또한 Closing Remarks시간에 짧은 회화를 함께 공부할수 있도록 준비하겠습니다.
And I`ll prepare to study a short English conversation with all together at closing remarks session.

Second, 메인세션 분위기를 개선시키도록 노력하겠습니다. 위에서 언급한바와 같이 메인세션 시간이 영어로 토론하는 시간임에도 불구하고 대부분의 멤버들의 준비미숙으로 인해 진행에 많은 차질이 있다고 생각합니다.
Second, I`ll do my best to improve main session atmosphere. As stated above, I think that there are many problems in Progress this session because of lack of the preparation in spite of main session is for discussion in English.

우리 피티씨동아리가 영어 토론동아리임은 다들 아실것입니다.
As you know, PTC is a group for improving in English and discussion in English.
즉 메인세션이 레귤러미팅의 주요 활동이라는 것입니다.
In other words, main session is the main object of our regural meeting.
그러므로 메인세션은 모든 멤버들이 능동적으로 참여함으로서 재미있고 활기찬 분위기에서 즐길수 있는 시간으로 느껴져야 할 것입니다. 그러나 현재 신입생들에게는 그렇지 못한 것이 사실입니다.
So main session will be a time which all members participate in this session actively and they feel seem to enjoy this session at interesting and active atmosphere. But now, most freshmen are not.

그것을 개선하기 위한 방책으로 제시되었었던 그주의 메인세션을 게시판에 미리 올리던 것이 어느 순간부터 흐지부지해진 것 같습니다. 다시 그것을 활성화시키도록 하겠습니다. (이 부분도 쫌 어렵네요...저에게는...)


신입생들의 메인세션 및 레귤러 참여도와 그들이 느끼는 부담감의 정도는 그날 테이블의 마더레이트가 누구이며 그가 마더레이트로서 멤버들의 관심을 얼마나 끌여들였느냐에 많은 영향을 받습니다.
Freshmen`s standard of the participating in main session and regural meeting and a burden are affected by who is the days moderater and ...(그다음이 좀...안되네여...)

그러므로 지난 텀 많은 행사준비로 흐지부지하게 되었던 정규 스터디모임 또한 이번텀에는 확실히 실행함으로써 모든 스텝들이 마더레이트로서의 역할을 확실히 하는 미리 준비하는 스텝이 되도록 하겠습니다.
So all staffs will be moderaters who will be previously arranged as study meeting which was dropped become hazy because of the preparations of many event of the last term will carry out definitely.

그리고 여러분! 메인세션 하는 동안 산만해지는 분위기를 여러분들도 느끼셨을 것입니다. 좀 더 엄숙한 분위기에서 진정한 토론의 장이 될 수 있도록 스텝들이 책임감을 가질수 있게끔 솔선수범하는 부회장이 되겠습니다.
And..members!!! you must feel that the argument became too abstract. I`ll be a Vice-president who is the first that all staffs will have a responsibility to become the real forum of debate at the more solemer atmosphere.

저는 여러분께 지키지 못할 많은 약속을 하지 않겠습니다. 다만 제가 할 수 있는 이 두가지 약속을 지키기 위해 열심히 일할 것입니다.
I don`t keep many promises that I can`t. Just I`ll do my best to keep my two promise.

여러분! 토사구팽이라는 말을 아시죠?
Members! Do you know the saying "tosagupang"?
토끼가 죽고 나면 사냥개는 주인에게 먹히게 된다는 뜻입니다. 다시 말해 필요할 때는 소중히 여기다가 쓸모가 없어지면 버린다는 말입니다. This saying means ...

"토사구팽"의 꼴이 되어도 좋습니다. I like to be a tosagupang.

여러분은 현재의 저를 피티씨를 위한 사냥개라 여겨주시기만 하면 됩니다.
You must regard me as a hound for the PTC.
그러면 저는 좀 더 발전된 피티션들의 모임이 될 수 있도록 저의 최선을 다할 것입니다. 그럼 여러분의 동그라미가 그려진 paper를 기대하겠습니다.
And then I`ll do my best to become a more improving group of PTC-ians.
And then I expect your paper which describes a circle.

Don`t forget circle which means "OK!!"
