The Avatamsaka Sutra, The Ten Abodes (십주품 31-3)

[眞如華]

     31-3.

     十方世界無量刹      悉在其中作尊主

     爲諸菩薩如是說      以此令其無退轉

     시방의 한량없는 많은 세계에

     곳곳마다 가장 높은 어른이 되어

     보살들을 위하여 이와 같이 연설하네.

     이것으로 퇴전함이 없게 하도다.

Being honorable leaders in countless lands

In the worlds of the ten directions,

Teach like this for the enlightening beings

Whereby to cause them not to regress.

In the worlds; 세계에

in countless lands; 한량없는 많은

Being honorable leaders; 가장 높은 어른이 되어

for the enlightening beings; 보살들을 위하여

Teach like this; 이와 같이 연설하네

Whereby; 이것으로
