Position #2: Server/Middle of the House

Terms of employment:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
$15.20 or higher depending on the experience

Anticipated Start Date:
ASAP

Work Hours:
Position #1 Monday to Sunday 5 pm to 10 pm (part-time)
Or we can work out the schedule based on your availability.

Location:
20493 Fraser Highway, Langley V3A4G3

Education:
No formal education required

Experience:
No previous experience is required but preferred. If no experience, must be willing to learn.

Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required.

Duties include but not limited to:

-Provide excellent customer service for the dine-in, take-out customers (over the phone) at all times.
-Maintain the floor and ensure all tables are clean
-Execute all orders under a timely manner
-Quality check with customers
-Educate customers by presenting and explaining the menu, answering customers
-Prepares and sell food (toasts garlic butter breads, make Caesar salad, plate desserts, etc.. & beverage (Italian Sodas) by following recipes and training
-Greet customers when they walk in
-Make sure all areas of the restaurant look clean and tidy
-Always make the customer feel welcomed
-Answer phone calls
-Know all the menu items and prices
-Maintains safe and health work environments by following organization standards and sanitization regulations
-Handle last minute situations and complaints in a professional manner
-Be a team player, reliable, communicate efficiently
-Make sure all opening, closing and prep duties are completed each day e.g. including cleaning.
