Isaiah 55:6~13

6 Seek the Lord while he may be found call on him while he is near.


7 Let the wicked forsake their ways and the unrighteous their thoughts. Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.


8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts neither are your ways my ways declares the Lord.


9 As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.


10 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater


11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.


12 You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands


13 Instead of the thornbush will grow the juniper and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever

6 가까이 있을 때 주님을 찾으라. 주님께서 그를 부르시는 것을 발견할 때까지.


7 악한 자들이 그들의 길을 버리고 불의한 자들이 그들의 생각을 버리도록 하소서. 그들이 주님께 의지하게 하면, 주님은 그들에게 자비를 베풀 것이며, 우리 하나님께도 자비를 베풀 것이니, 그는 자유롭게 용서할 것입니다.


8 내 생각은 너희의 생각이 아니며, 내가 주님을 선포하는 방식도 아니다.


9 하늘이 땅보다 높으니, 내 길도 네 길보다 높고 내 생각도 네 생각보다 높다.


10 하늘에서 비와 눈이 내려와서 땅에 물을 주고 싹을 틔우고 번성하게 하여 씨를 뿌리고 먹는 사람에게 빵을 제공하지 않으면 다시 돌아오지 않습니다


11 내 입에서 나오는 말도 공허하게 돌아가는 것이 아니라 내가 원하는 것을 이루고 내가 보낸 목적을 달성할 것입니다.


12 당신은 기쁨 속에서 나가서 평화롭게 이끌리실 것입니다. 산과 언덕이 당신 앞에서 노래를 부르고, 들판의 모든 나무들이 손뼉을 치실 것입니다


13 가시덤불 대신 향나무가 자라고 찔레 대신 머틀이 자랄 것입니다. 이것은 주님의 명성과 영원한 징조를 위한 것이며, 영원히 지속될 것입니다
