How long will the audit review process take?

API generally processes audits on a “first-in, first-out” basis. The process time to complete an individual audit is largely based on the number of audits in process at a given time, the complexity of the audit and findings, and the timeliness of client responses to nonconformities with appropriate and acceptable corrective actions.

API는 일반적으로 "선입선출" 방식으로 심사를 처리합니다. 개별 심사를 완료하는 데 걸리는 프로세스 시간은 주로 주어진 시간에 진행 중인 심사 수, 심사 및 결과의 복잡성, 적절하고 수용 가능한 시정 조치와 함께 부적합에 대한 클라이언트의 적시 대응에 따라 달라집니다.

The process time starts when a facility's audit report is uploaded into myCerts by the auditor. At this point, the audit is available for the facility to respond to nonconformities with their corrective actions.

심사원이 시설의 심사 보고서를 myCerts에 업로드할 때 시작됩니다.

이 시점에서 시설은 시정 조치와 함께 부적합에 대응할 수 있는 심사를 사용할 수 있습니다.

After the auditor uploads the audit report into myCerts, the organization has 60 days to respond to nonconformities. Responses must be entered directly into myCerts.

심사원이 보고서를 myCerts에 업로드한 후 조직은 60일 이내에 부적합에 대응해야 합니다. 응답은 myCerts에 직접 입력해야 합니다.

API review generally begins once audit fees owed by the facility have been paid in full.

API 검토는 일반적으로 시설에서 납부해야 하는 심사 수수료가 전액 지불되면 시작됩니다.

Since the process time to complete an individual audit is largely a function of the number of audits in process at any given time, complexity of the audit and findings, and the timeliness of client responses to nonconformities with appropriate and acceptable corrective actions, API cannot provide a timeframe for the completion of an audit review.

개별 심사를 완료하는 데 걸리는 프로세스 시간은 주어진 시간에 진행 중인 심사 수, 심사 및 결과의 복잡성, 적절하고 수용 가능한 시정 조치와 함께 부적합에 대한 클라이언트의 적시 대응에 따라 크게 달라지므로 API는 심사 검토를 완료하기 위한 기간을 제공할 수 없습니다.

Organizations are asked to monitor their account(s) for any changes and to respond to any inquiries from API staff.

조직은 계정을 모니터링하여 변경 사항을 확인하고 API 직원의 문의에 응답해야 합니다.

The organization has 30 days to respond to comments and questions from API personnel

조직은 API 직원의 의견과 질문에 30일 이내에 답변해야 합니다.

Once the organization has answered all nonconformities, and any applicable API comments or questions and the response(s) have been accepted, the audit is reviewed by API’s Licensing and Registration Committee, which makes the final licensing or registration decision.

조직이 모든 부적합사항과 해당 API 의견 또는 질문에 답변하고 응답이 수락되면 API의 라이선스 및 등록 위원회에서 심사를 검토하여 최종 라이선스 또는 등록 결정을 내립니다.
