<자기의 가정을 희생시키는 사람- one who sacrificed his or her own family>

가정 중에서 최고로 승리한 가정을 소망하며 최고로 승리한 가정의 주인으로서 오시는 분이 누구냐 하면, 기독교에서 말하는 재림주입니다.

장가를 가려면 멋지게 가야 되는 것입니다. 그런 관점에서 볼 때 통일교회는 발견을 잘 합니다.

그러면 그분의 이름을 짓는 다면 무슨 이름으로 지을 것이냐? 그분을 부를 수 있는 제일 적절한 이름이 무엇일 것이냐? 그 이름을 통일교회 문선생이 ‘참부모’라고 붙였습니다.

어때요? 잘 붙였어요? 이 말은 쉽고도 간단한 말이지만 내용을 알고 보면 위대한 말입니다.  

그러면 그분의 생활 기점은 어디냐?

가정을 중심삼은 곳이 아닙니다. 들락날락하는 기점은 천지를 중심삼은 곳입니다.

그분이 가는 곳은 천지가 아닌 곳이 없습니다. 그분이 하는 일은 역사적인 일이 아닌 것이 없습니다.

그의 모든 행적은 하나에서부터 천만사에 이르기까지 역사의 어떤 것보다 존귀한 가치로 영원히 남아지는 것입니다.

그분이 쓰던 종이조각 하나라도 역사적인 유산으로 남아지게 된다는 것입니다. 이처럼 모든 것이 세계적이요 천주적인 것이 아닐 수 없는 것입니다.

위대한 사람은 종자가 달라서 위대한 사람이 된 것이 아닙니다.

일대에 세상을 구하기 위하여 자기의 생명을 버리는 한이 있더라도 이 길을 가겠다는 결심을 하고 실행하여 나가는 사람이 위대한 사람입니다.

자기 1대에 못 가게 되면 2대, 3대, 10대를 거쳐서라도 가겠다 하는 사람이 위대한 사람인 것입니다.

천운은 사람을 통해서 움직이지 않을 수 없는 것입니다. 마치 지남철 옆에 크고 강한 쇳덩어리가 있으면 그 지남철이 가만히 있어도 저절로 끌려가는 것과 마찬가지 이치입니다.

여러분의 선조를 두고 볼 때, 대관절 선한 선조가 어떤 사람이냐?

자기 자식들만 알고, 자기 마누라만 알고, 자기 남편만 알고, 자기 부모들만 알고 살다 갔던 선조가 선한 선조예요? 아닙니다. 선한 선조는 자기의 가정을 희생시키더라도 그 동네를 위하고, 그 동네를 중심삼고 면을 위하고, 그 면을 중심삼고 군을 위하고, 그 군을 중심삼고 민족과 나라를 위해 희생한 사람을 말합니다. 115) 『말씀선집』 27권, 15쪽.

The Lord of the Second Advent mentioned in Christianity is the person who comes hoping to form and be the head of the most victorious family.

If you are trying to get married, you have to do it in a smart way. In this area, the Unification Church has made many discoveries.

Then if we were to name this person, what name would we give him? What would be the most appropriate name for this person? Reverend Moon of the Unification Church named him "True Parent."

How about it? Is it the right name? This is a very simple and easy word, but if you know its content, it is a great word.

Then where is the base of his life?

It is not centered on the family. His activity centers on heaven and earth.

There is nowhere this person will not go. Nothing that he does fails to become historically significant.

Every footstep that this person takes from one to one thousand will remain eternally as something more valuable than anything else in history.

Even a piece of paper which he uses will be valued. Everything becomes global and universal.

A great person does not become great by virtue of his genes; his seed is not different.

The person who vows to save the world in one generation at the risk of his life, and practices this determination, is great.

He is a great person if he determines to do it, even if he cannot accomplish it in one, two, three or even ten generations.

In that case, heavenly fortune activates through that person. It is the same principle as steel being pulled to a magnet naturally without the magnet moving.

If you look at your ancestors, what kind of a person is a good ancestor?

Is a person who lived and died knowing just his or her children, spouse and parents a good ancestor? No. A good ancestor is one who sacrificed his or her own family to live for the sake of the neighbors, for the town, for the society and the nation.
