1. Why the Planners Rejected the "Uniform High-Multiplier Exchange for Different Faces" Policy?
Scarcity is the core of the game's economic system. If Different Face Stones (or similar core resources) could be exchanged for High Awakening Stones at an unlimited high-multiplier, it would lead to two problems:
- Existing players: Large amounts of High Awakening Stones accumulated would be instantly converted into Different Face Stones, directly disrupting the resource acquisition difficulty gradient;
- New players: Losing the long-term motivation to "accumulate High Awakening Stones and then exchange them for Different Faces" would disrupt the game's development rhythm.
2. The Feasibility of "Limited Awakening Stones with High Multipliers for Exotic Faces"
This "opening" concept aligns perfectly with the planner's operational logic:
- Maintaining scarcity: "Limited" ensures resources aren't overabundant, while "high redemption rates" (e.g., far exceeding the value of 10 Legendary Stones) force players to weigh the costs and avoid mindless redemptions;
- Meeting a limited need: providing a way for players who have stockpiled to consume their resources, while also providing a "krypton gold/hardcore shortcut" for players desperate for Exotic Faces. Similar to the "Green Hammer" payout mechanism, this approach generates revenue without completely disrupting the development experience for free players.

Topic: Player Suggestions on Optimizing the Awakening Stone Exchange System and Securing Resource Value in Guardian Tales
Dear Guardian Tales Development Team:
Hello! I'm Luo Yu, a long-time player who deeply enjoys the game. Concerned about the balance and long-term experience of the game's development system, and considering potential issues with the current Awakening Stone exchange mechanism, such as "ambiguous resource gradients" and "lack of scarcity," I would like to propose a set of optimization suggestions for the Awakening Stone exchange system. We hope this will improve the development experience for players at different stages while further stabilizing the commercial value of resources. The following are the specifics:
Ⅰ. Core Optimization Direction: Resource Stratification and Building a Dual-Track Scarcity Line system
Currently, there is some overlap in the exchange paths for standard Awakening Stones and Fantasy Awakening Stones, which may lead to confusion in the value of the two types of resources and weaken their scarcity. We recommend splitting the two into two independent and distinct paths for scarce resources, preserving the existing core development logic while clarifying the positioning of different resources:
1. Conventional Core Development Path (maintaining the existing value logic): Fantasy Low-Level Awakening Stone → Fantasy Intermediate Awakening Stone → Fantasy High-Level Awakening Stone → Legendary Awakening Stone → Alien Awakening Stone. This path serves as the core channel for acquiring top-tier resources in the game, maintaining its high barrier to entry and high value, to meet the needs of players pursuing extreme development.
2. Common Resource Development Path: Common Low-Level Awakening Stone → Common Intermediate Awakening Stone → Common High-Level Awakening Stone → Legendary Awakening Stone or Alien Awakening Stone. This path serves the daily development of the general player base, ensuring that new and mid-level players have a stable path to "advance towards Legendary or Alien resources" and avoid losing long-term goals due to high resource barriers.
3. Fantasy Resource Replenishment Path: Fantasy Low-Level Awakening Stone → Fantasy Intermediate Awakening Stone → Fantasy High-Level Awakening Stone → Legendary Awakening Stone or Exotic Awakening Stone. This path treats Fantasy Awakening Stones as "rare branch resources," significantly increasing their value when obtained (such as event rewards and high-difficulty dungeon drops), and preventing resource devaluation caused by mixing them with ordinary Awakening Stones.
II. Key Mechanism Addition: Limited-Time, High-Rate Exchanges to Balance "Demand" and "Scarcity"
To address the conflict between some players experiencing excessive resource accumulation and limited access to core resources, we propose adding a "Limited-Time, High-Rate Exchange" mechanism. This provides players with a sweet opportunity to level up while also ensuring scarcity through a combination of high cost and limited availability. Details are as follows:
- Weekly Limited Exchange: Legendary Awakening Stones (3-5 per week)
Open a high-rate exchange channel for Legendary Awakening Stones using "Ordinary High-Level Awakening Stones" and "Fantasy High-Level Awakening Stones." The weekly exchange limit is 3-5. For ordinary players, this is a long-term, "reachable" goal, constantly motivating them to accumulate stones daily. For players who have accumulated large quantities of high-level Awakening Stones, it provides a reasonable way to consume resources and avoid resource inflation. The high multiplier and limited quantity ensure that the value of Legendary Awakening Stones is not diluted.
- Monthly Limited Exchange: Alien Awakening Stones ("Bankruptcy" Level Exchange)
For late-stage players who have reached the "basic quota" for Hero Awakening, a monthly limited exchange channel (one each) for "Ordinary High-level Awakening Stones" and "Fantasy High-level Awakening Stones" (two-tiered) is now available. This core design features an "ultra-high exchange multiplier"—meaning a single exchange will nearly empty a player's corresponding high-level stone inventory. This not only consumes excess resources for late-stage players, but also secures the extreme scarcity of Alien Awakening Stones with a "monthly limited supply" and high cost. This caters exclusively to core players pursuing extreme gameplay like Arena and Abyss, without impacting the overall development ecosystem.
Ⅲ. Commercial Value Collaboration: Strengthening the Appeal of Awakening Boxes and Events
Once the scarcity of common and fantasy Awakening Stones is stratified and the redemption path is clarified, the appeal of in-game "Awakening Boxes" and related events will naturally increase: players will pay more attention to the "ratio of fantasy Awakening Stones" in the gift box, and common Awakening Stones will have a stable use because they can be exchanged for Legendary Stones, which will encourage players to actively participate in events and purchase Awakening Boxes. This creates a win-win situation: players achieve clear development goals, and the game increases event participation.
Furthermore, the pass requires resources to be exchanged, which is clearly out of value and makes it difficult for players to spend money...
Claude is significantly weaker in the bloom meta. It would be better to add a bloom hero [Carrie] whose meta advantage has almost disappeared, but who is still effective after training. Regarding the bonus event gift boxes, we suggest adding a blooming hero or a special weapon [for the first few patches, to be updated incrementally].
The core logic behind this set of suggestions is to "keep hope for players at different stages while maintaining resource value through thresholds": new players have a clear path to "accumulate regular stones to exchange for Legendary or Unknown Faces," mid-level players have the goal of "accumulating Dream Stones to advance," and late-stage core players have an outlet for "consuming excess resources to reach Unknown Faces." The development team can maintain a stable economic system through "tiered + limited" offerings, further activating the commercial value of resources.
There are also some complaints.
I sincerely hope the above suggestions can provide reference for game optimization. Thank you to the development team for your continued efforts to enhance the player experience!
Sincerely!

It's okay, it's no big deal; you have to take care of your health as well. I think World 22 is very well done this time, at least the rhythm and other aspects are adapted hh~
By the way, let's take a look at the development plan for the second half of 2025 that my cafe released:

Also, the issue with the blossom version and the cell link, resulting in no heroes and no storyline, is definitely making players feel a bit resentful. I don't understand why the administrators don't respond to this link-up topic...

Also, I think directors and other senior executives need to properly communicate with players in real time.

Finally, have the Korean servers implemented the proposed monthly account buffs for things like blossoming or growth? My tool sometimes can't access the Korean server store...

NO!Um... GT is a game, and this is a gaming community. We're here simply as players, striving for a better experience and optimization solutions, ensuring both players and developers are happy. That's my goal. Sometimes, blindly emphasizing the politics of national leaders is quite offensive...
